You know how they say"if looks could kill I'd already be dead by now." Well, my looks can actually kill.

Hi I'm detective Zi or Zihla and I am a very unique person. I am really pretty, but I have a very unique red eye colour. I wasn't born with this eye colour it just came to me.

When I was around 8 years old. My friends and I were playing with red soil. In the process some red soil entered in my eyes. I came home feeling discomfort in my eyes and saw this eye cleansing medicine on the dinning table. I took it and started washing my eyes with it.

The day passed and the next morning, my mother was waking me up so that I could go to school. I woke up opened my eyes and looked at her. To my biggest suprise, my mum screamed right at my face.

I blocked my ears and started laughing. "Mum it is so early in the morning why are you screaming." Suddenly I saw my mum on the floor she had fainted.

Before I could say JackRobinson my father and sister came running into my bedroom like they were being chased by a wild animal.

I stood up and went to where my mother was lying. I tried to shake her awake when I found out she had fainted. Right now my dad and sister were looking at me really suprised.

"Hey Zi what happened to your eyes?" My sister rudely asked. At least I think it was rude. Anyways! After she had asked I straight up replied to her, "nothing."

She went to her room, nobody caring about my Mother who was lying on the floor unconcious. Not even my dad, who was just looking at me like I was a tourist attraction. Right now I was feeling scared of what would happen next.

My sister came back from her room with a mirror. She pointed it at my face and I was shocked to see myself in the mirror. My eyes were red. I screamed in fear. My eyes were filled with tears. I just stood their like a statue and I think, I peed on my pants a little.

Right now I just wanted time to myself. I left my mum lying on the floor, entered the bathroom and cried my eyeballs out destroying everything in my way.

I accidentally looked at my eyes in the mirror and I had a sudden chest pain and the chest pain just kept getting worse and worse. I screamed for help and as soon as I did that I fainted.

When I woke up, I found myself in a hospital. There was nobody in my room other than my mum who was sitting beside me. When she saw I was okay, she gave me a gigantic hug. She was so happy that she cried.

She later told me everything that had happened after I shouted for help. She told me she woke up after she had me calling for help. She also told me she loves me no matter how I look.

After those sweet words of my mom. The doctor came in giving my mom and I a sweet smile. The doctor started talking sweetly."Zihla I am really glad you are okay, but before I get into huge details could you please explain what happened to you."

Zi carefully explained to the doctor everything that had happened in detail. Including when she looked at herself in the mirror after crying and got a sudden shock. She also told the doctor her experiece after seeing herself in the mirror.

She said,"when I looked at myself in the mirror, I saw a monster coming out of my eyes. It felt like the monster wanted to take out my heart and I could do nothing about other than to cry for help.

The doctor was so shocked and almost immediately interrupted Zi."So you are telling me you were scared into a shock by your own eyes?"

"Yeah, that is basically what I just said." said Zi uninterested.

"This is totally unheard of out of all the coloured eyed people we've gotten today. Just give ms one second I am gonna be back."

The doctor ran out and got a test rat. At first Zi and her mother were scared by the rat but after the doctor asked Zi's mother Collin for permission to test the rat on Zi, she calmed down and agreed.

The strange doctor put the rat down on the table beside him and yold Zi to look at the rat just normally. Zi did that and nothing happened. Zi was not getting what all this was about, she just followed the doctors orders.

Soon after the doctor winked at Collin and told Zi something terrible," you wil never find love because of your eyes." Almost immediately, Zi broke down crying. The doctor told Collin not to make eye contact with Zi while he was also avoiding eye contact.

He told Zi to face the rat and make eye contact with it. She did that and within a second the rat died. Zi was shaking like a dry leaf on a whirl wind , her legs were wobbling like jelly. Suddenly she let out a loud scream.

Her Mother and the doctor were both startled. Luckily the doctor always carried opaque sun-glasses with him. He put them over her ehes and now looked towards a direction.

Zi was shaking so much that the doctor just had the arge to calm her down he gave her a big hug and told her mother Collin something really important.

"Hey Zihla," the doctor said really nicely and sweetly." I am going to go and have a chat with your mom outside really quick. I am gonna be back. Try to remain calm also your father and sister are gonna be here in like five minutes they just went to the vending machine to get you something."

The doctor went out of the hospital room followed slowly by Collin Zi's mother. Immediately he left, Zi's sister Zanda came into the room with a pack of gummy bears and Zi and Zanda shared it.

Zanda tried to keeep Zi as happy as possible. She felt it washer duty as Zi's big sister by an year to keep Zi happy. Also she loved Zi and cared for her she didn't want her to get another attack.

Right now Zi's father and mother were outside talking to the really kind doctor.

As Zi and Zanda were inside the hospital room trying their best to keep each other entertained, Collin and Zi's father Jack, were speaking to the doctor.

"Zi is a very unique case actually she isn't the only coloured eye person that appeared today, their have been many different colours, but I have never seen a red colour she is the first." said the doctor.

" If I may ask have any of the others killed a rat with their eyes?" asked Zi's mother.

"Well actually no, Zi was the first." said the doctor.

"Wait what you mean I have missed that much," Jack rudely interrupted." How did I not know about all this." Jack continued.

"Calm down Jack and stop screaming. Also you didn't know because you were at the vending machine. Doctor please continue." said Collin.

The doctor took a deep breathe and said," Your daughter is very unique, infact she is very unique that scientists would kidnap her just to do experiment on her."

" What can we do to keep her safe?" asked Collin worried.

"Well first you have to make sure she puts on sunglasses or anything that can cover her eyes and avoid drawing attention when she gets out of the house. Their is also a City in the process of getting built, as soon as it is done you guys have to be among the first to move. If you ever need any help, here is my card you can call me any time." The doctor said with a small smile on his face.

"Thankyou!" said Collin and Jack politely.

" Doctor, by any chance do you know what caused her eye colour to change?" asked Collin.

" Actually I don't, we are still trying to figure out the cause, but for now do not worry about it. When we find out I will inform you."

As soon as they were done talking to the doctor, they went back into the hospital room. Zi and Zanda were both on the bed sleeping. Collin and Jack didn't want to wake them up so they carried them to the car and went back home.

As soon as they reached home Collin and Jack started looking for ways to help Zi.

One whole year had passed and the City was finished building. Collin and Jack had already told Zi what the doctor had said and now they were moving to a new City.

The doctor hadn't yet called, meaning they hadn't yet found the cause of the eye colours changing.

They finished moving. Zi and Zanda were enrolled in a new school. There Zi got herself a new friend called Daven. Daven was also quite unique. He had a unique silver eye colour.

Apparently he also had a unique power, he could block Zi's death glare which made Zi more comfortable around him. Zi and Daven were in the same class and they were also elected as class president(Zi) and deputy(Daven).
