Wiping her teared-brown eyes, she wrap her arms tightly around her pillow while she squeezed herself into the corner of her bed. Grasping her breath as she deeply sobs. Loneliness, emptiness and sadness. All these caught her up at this moment. That feeling of being physically alive but emotionally dead. Her tears keeps on shedding as the raindrops heavily poured at the roof. It was a lonely night. A very lonely night. She's all aware that she doesn't have to act like this. He left long time ago. She knew she needed to wake up from this daydream and accept the reality that he will never come back. She needs to move on and somehow live her life. This time alone. Alone without him.

It's been 5 years when Vince broke up with Trix. But why is it so hard for her to just move on from this tragic past? It feels like it happened yesterday. The scars and the pains seem not to heal. No matter what she do, it still hurts. The pain seems not to end. It's like someone is pinching a needle directly to her heart. It's unbearable that she just wanted to die. She doesn't get why he has to leave her. She wanted an explanation. She deserves an explanation for her to understand his reason why he has to live. She wanted to know what she needs to do to make things work. But was it too late? Did she really have done wrong? Did she have said anything wrong? She just doesn't get it.

"I'm sorry Trix, but I can no longer continue this relationship. Let's break up!"

This words of him are the most painful words she ever heard at her entire life. This words tored her world apart.

"But why Vince? Where did I go wrong? Please give me a chance to correct whatever I've done wrong. I need you. Please don't do this to me. You can't to this to me." though uttering she loudly speak these words.

Vince turned his broad back at her, leaving no answer. She wanted to run after him, hug him tight, and beg him to stay. But her legs trembled and weakened, that she doesn't have any strength to take even a single step. Her sight begun to blur and the last thing she remembered, his image that's like a smoke slowly fading away.

Being heart broken is one of the saddest thing that human can ever experience in this earthly life. It's like living half dead. Shedding unstoppable tears that's freely flowing from your eyes. Memories of that person that keeps flashing back. Faces you are seeing everywhere as if though he is still there. His presence haunting you even in dreams. It can make you go crazy. Losing appetite to eat even your favorite food. Losing focus on things that you love to do. Not wanting to live because you thought living is no advantage to you and being dead will all end the pain. Yes, it's never easy especially if you dearly love that person.

Everyday is like a walking hell for Trix. She thought of resigning but all the employees are depending on her. Trix works as The Chief Director Officer at Elliom Corp for almost 7 years. She is responsible in approving all designs handed by the employees, depending on the demand of their clients. She also handles marketing and advertising team that works in promoting their company. Trix is well-known of her Kiost design which was trending all over the net.. She is also the top designer in town and have created hundreds and thousands of designs for small ang big companies around the globe. Most of the employees adore her not just because of her brains and talents but also because of her pretty face.

Though Trix broke up 5 years ago, she never had an eye on guys who are lure and are expressing their love to her. She knows that her heart still belongs to someone. Yes, she haven't moved on yet and still hoping that Vince will come back. She still hope that Vince will appear from nowhere and will tell her that she still love here. It may seem a fantasy, ahe might still daydreaming of him but she has a feeling that Vince still love her. That she is still the girl he wants to be with and share his whole life. Trix doesn't want to use a guy's feeling just to forgot the past. She told herself that in case she will fall inlove again, she will make sure that her heart is fully healed and is open to love again. But for now, the door to her heart remains unopened. And she believes that at a right time someone will knock and open it for her.

"Hey, Trix! You know it's lonely eating alone. Want to have a dinner with me?", Matt invited.

"Here we go again. It may be lonely but I am used to it. Maybe next time sweetie." answered Trix.

"Oh c'mon! When will be that next time Trix? How long will I wait? You know how I feel for you. Would you even give me a chance to prove it?"

"Let's just go home Matt since it's getting late. Besides, I need to prepare for the presentation next week. I promise I will be the one to invite you when that time comes", said Trix while tapping Matt's shoulder.

"Alright! I'll keep your word! See you tomorrow and Take care!"

"You too!"

Another day has passed. She know that when she gets home, another gloomy weather is waiting for her. Well she is trying her best everyday to live and look at the bright side of the world. But everytime she does, all the memories are flashing back. Trix considers Vince as his sunlight after the storm, the rainbow after the little rain. She doesn't want to forget and throw those happy moments when him. Yes it still hurts but she just wanted to remember the good ones that happened. The times they're both laughing. The times they both put smiles on each others face.

"Let's call it a day, lady. It's time to rest your heart and mind now", Trix words at the back of her head while looking her reflection in the mirror.

"Sir, your meeting will start with Mister Alfredo in 10 minutes. Please get ready."

"Thanks Minda. You may get back to work now."

"Yes sir."

"And oh, one more thing, can you cancel all my appointments this weekend and reschedule it. I've got some personal matter to do."

"Noted that sir. It will be done", assured his secretary.

It was a busy day for Vince. Well everyday he is. He got to make sure everything is going smoothly in the company. He makes sure that it's still sailing amidst the storm that will come along the way. This company is very important to him as his father had put a lot of effort just to build the company, made it successful and even be well known not just in their country but all over thebglobe.

Vince Villarosa, is the Chief Executive Officer of VV Company. This was established by his late father Victor Villarosa. VV Company is one of the top furniture company leading great and good quality products around the globe. Through Vince supervision and hardwork, along with the dedication of the employees as well, they were able to pull up the stock and sales of the company even more which made them at the top spot where they are right now for the past years.

"Great work everyone! I want to commend you all for your contribution on the growth of the company. I will not be able to do it without you all. With that being said, we will have a dinner tonight. As a celebration of VV Company and Elliom Co. collaboration. Finally they have signed a contracf with us. As you may now, they're reaping and soaring high now. So it's really a good thing we are joining together for this project. See you at Tai-Yeb Restaurant at 7pm. Your're dismissed now", Vince proudly announce.

That day was exhausted, but all that paid off when Elliom finally signed a contract with them. He know Elliom excellency when it comes to designs and he was happy working with them. Actually, he was more excited as this will be an opportunity for him to get closer to Trix. He missed her so much. He wanted to hug her tight and ask for forgiveness for what he had done in the past. He know he's a coward leaving her with no trace. He admits she still love her and not any day has passed that she is not in his thoughts. He wants to tell her how sorry he was and he regrets it so much. If only he could turn back the time. Maybe they could been happier and have been married already. But there's no replay or fastforward in life. So he needs to play it right. Right now, he wanted to make sure that the melody and rythym are on tune or else it will shut down. It will be the end of their love story and that what he doesn't want to know. He wanted to catch up with her and make things right. He wanted to see those glittery eyes and happy face of hers. He wanted that every smile , he was the reason of it.
