hello readers I'm the author let's introduce all the characters
June is a 20 year old human with a dream of becoming a business owner for a writing company.
She has:
Long straight brown hair
Hazel eyes
Likes: Hazelnut coffee, comfy clothes, reading, exercise
Dislikes: Bland foods, sitting around, being busy
Quent is a 32 year old vampire who is surprisingly not June's brother. People always ask them if they're siblings but they are just long time friends.
He has:
Short curly brown hair
Blue eyes
Likes: June, coffee, movies
Dislikes: Being late, people who get near June
His affection for June showed since they were young. But he didn't realize his affection was more than just a brotherly love.
Lilith is 59 years old and a young vampire just like Quent. But she has a hunger like Cade's for blood. She is blood related to Cade as well. I guess the hunger stayed the same.
She has:
Long straight silver hair
Red eyes
Likes: Blood, puzzles
Dislikes: June
And lastly our final important character. Cade. He is a hundred year old vampire searching for one thing. A blood servant.
He has:
Short straight grey silver hair
Dark red eyes
Likes: Working, June, tea
Dislikes: Quent

The Cafè Plan
We start our story in June's office
June
Why don't we go out to eat tonight my stove is broken again
Quent
Hmm that would sound nice except I have a perfectly good stove at my place
June thinks to herself for a moment while looking over the work she did
June
Sorry to say Quent but going out sounds more fun
Quent
Oh come on my place-
June
Your place is so comfy and has an area where I can work. I know. But I live closer to my office and you know how it goes
June
I'm sorry for interrupting but you know that I'm working for my dream
Quent pinches the bridge of his nose and sighs
Quent
I know I just get so worried. You're there all by yourself and what will you do if a blood thirsty vampire rushes in and tries to take advantage of you
June
*raises an eyebrow* Quent you're in that "blood thirsty vampire" category. You may not be blood thirsty but you're still a vampire
Quent
I knew you'd pull that card. I wasn't turned until a couple years ago. But if it makes you feel better let's go to the cafe around the corner for dinner
June stops to look at Quent for a moment before smiling and nodding her head
June
Alright that sounds like a plan let me finish this first
Quent looks at the clock which just flipped the number to a higher one. It's 4:55 PM right now. He looks back at June
June began to work again while Quent exited her office.
The Appearance
While Quent and June are working Cade is walking to the small cafe in want of some good tea. He is a model. So he tries his best to lay low
Cade
It should be around here somewhere.
Cade
If it isn't I'm going to be pissed at Lilith for guiding me somewhere I don't know
The cafe's name is Gem Bay Cafe . Cade approaches it slightly before pulling out his phone to text his younger sister
Lilith
Oooooo ok ok what do you think of it?
Lilith
Does the tea taste nice?
Cade
Lilith chill I haven't went in yet
Cade
But I'm about to. You're lucky I just want to work peacefully
Cade stops texting his younger sister and quietly walks into the cafe. Around this time June and Quent walk in behind him.
June
I still had work to do Quent. Why couldn't you have waited?
Quent
You said 5:30 worked. So I got you out sooner.
Quent
You need this June come on. That office is you're entire world. Because you want to start your own writing business. Let yourself go just tonight
June groans slightly while Cade starts listening in
June
Fine but only for tonight
Cade
I'll take a honey lemon tea with a poppyseed muffin
Cashier
Do you want that tea in a small, medium, or large?
Cashier
Alright that'll be $10.49 please
Cade hands her his debit card and waits a moment before taking the card back and moving out of the way
June
Hello I'd like a cappuccino with whole milk and an apple avocado salad with the vinaigrette dressing not the Greek
Cashier
Would you like croutons or walnuts?
Cashier
For the side do you want the baguette?
Cashier
And what about you handsome what would you like
June
Quent stop freezing she wants to know your order
June
I know what she called you Quent.
Cashier
Are you two siblings or are you dating?
June
We aren't blood related but we have sibling love for each other. And no we aren't dating.
Silence rings out and Cade stops listening in sitting at his own table. Quent clears his throat and speaks
Quent
You know I'd really go for one of your wines
Cashier
Which one would you want honey
Quent
One of the blood wines
Cashier
Alright that'll be up. For the whole order it's going to be $25.60
June hands her card to the cashier and waits for a moment before taking the card. When the cashier grabs her hand and simply cuts a cm on her hand. June pulls her hand back uncomfortably
Cashier
You annoyed me with the way you spoke to your handsome devil there.
June
Ok well I'm gonna walk away now. Can we get the order quickly please
June walks away holding the small cut. Though the cut is small blood trickled down her palm. Cade slowly breathes in and taking her scent. His fangs slowly showing and hunger scratching at his throat. Cade's heart skips a beat and he holds his chest breathing heavily
June
What's the matter now
Quent
You need to start running...please..run from me
Quent's eyes slowly grow blood stained and his fangs poke out. He's trying to hold back but his hunger too slices at his throat.
June
I'm not afraid of a small bite or a small cut on my hand. I came here to sit down and have dinner. So that's what I'm gonna do
Quent
June...please..there are other vampires in here too they can smell your blood.
June turns around and walks to an empty table slightly annoyed. She almost gets the seat pulled out when someone pulls her from behind
Quent
You should've listened
His voice ragged against her ear he slowly goes down and licks her neck. Quent's fangs skim the nape of her neck. June doesn't fight back but her heart rate sky rockets and she starts blushing while Quent tilts her head with his free hand before puncturing June's skin and moaning to the sweet taste.
June
Hmph Qu-Quent that hurts
June
We are in public stop
Quent pulls away licking the remaining blood and whispers in her ear
Quent
But you taste so good
Quent
Is THE June Preston stuttering? June Preston you always sound assured so why stutter now?
He goes back to bite again but before he could a hand settles on his shoulder.
