Anup was a very brilliant kid who was good in his studies and physical activities, he was in his 2nd year of high school.

He was famous in his high school. His Childhood friend who also lived in his neighbourhood Anushka, studied in scholar high school, the same one as Anup. Those two were classmates and also very good and close friends . They always went to there school together, which was about 15 minutes of walk away from there house.

As the school time is the same, other students who also study in the same school went the same way to the school. One day when Anup and Anushka met in there regular place to go to the school, they noticed a poor looking girl Infront of a restaurant nearby.

Looking carefully at her, she looked about 10 years old and the looks on her face were not so good, she looked sad and desperate as she was watching all the students happily pass by her towards there school.

They wanted to ask why she was there, alone but they were getting late for the school, so they thought, they'd come back tomorrow early and talk with her and rushed to the school. But when they came back earlier the next day.

The girl wasn't there..

They were looking for the girl but at the same time they also felt relieved thinking that she found her parents.

Things were going normal And everyone were happy but About 2 months later when they nearly forgot about the girl, she appeared again infront of the restaurant looking sadly at the students passing by again, but this time,

Instead of going to the school, they were returning from the school. So Anup stopped Anushka and said, look at that girl. She looks skinny and sad, she is also the same girl we saw that morning. Let's go check her out.

okay said Anushka and they went to the girl.And asked her, What is your name girl, are you lost ? Where is your mother....

Why do you look sad ?

The girls didn't utter a single word..

They tried to ask her properly, But the little girl broke into tears and started crying..

Everyone near there noticed the girl being surrounded by two highschool students and assumed that they were bullying the little girl as she cried out real loud With tears flowing like waterfalls down her cheeks and she looked pale.

Anup and Anushka got a little bit uncomfortable with the situation, Specially Anup.

He looked pale and in a despair. Anusha held anups hand and pulled him away without saying a word to the girl. Anup was all trembling with different thoughts and flashbacks from his past.

Later that day, they went there home and Anup lied in the corner of his room with The lights in his room all dim.

He was sad and was sitting in the corner hugging a photo of him and his mom when they were small.

Anup then remembered his past. His family was a happy family. His mom and dad loved him alot. They were also expecting for him to have a little sister soon and Anup was living his happiest time of his life back then but.........

But one day his aunt and his mother went out. They went out to check both of there health and do a little shopping afterwards, but they got into a small argument about something. The aunt was angry so she left in anger but then she fell down the stairs and died.

Anup's father was in despair, he thought this all happened because of his wife.

Because of his wife his only sister, whom he loved alot and cared alot for passed away.

He was not saying that she pushed her or killed her But he could not also ignore the fact that his sister, anup's aunt would have never died if they did not get in any arguement, that argument is one of the reason behind her death.

That is why he started avoiding his wife as he was mourning over his sister's death and was in despair.

Anup was also only about 7 years old at that time and could not understand or process anything at that time.

But anup's mom could not live like that being avoided by his husband, she could not bear the weight of having to look at him sad like that and also with the guilt of arguing with her sister in law which was one of those reasons for her death she and Anup father's got separated. After about half an year, when anup's father came back to his proper senses, and realised that it's already time for them to have a new baby, He looked for his wife everywhere.

But he could not find her nor could he ever contact her.

He was all broken again and started blaming himself for not being able to hold his family together.. He felt guilty about Anup being separated from his mother and for not being able to look after his pregnant wife or new child.

When Anup came to know that his father could not find his mother, he went to look out for her on his own but he was a small eight years old boy only, he could not do anything, Who didn't knew whereabout of his mother, and the father, he was in despair and sadness.

Anup was just a small child afterall, he lost his way while searching for his mother and started crying... Looking around the strange place, all alone..

Feeling sad, scared and insecure.

Luckily Anushka's parents noticed him when they were returning from spending a good day with Anushka at the amusement park. They brought him back and Since then Anushka has known Anup and has been looking after him and Caring for him.

After a while both Anup and his dad gave up on the hope of finding her after they looked for her every possible way. Slowly growing up Anup realised what happened back then and could not blame anyone for what happened back then and moved on.

He focused in his studies and his dearest friend anushka.

He had almost forgotten about what happened 10 years ago But seeing the girl in the same state that he was in 10 years ago, he could not handle his emotions as he remembered everything.
