An Angel
The unceasing beeps of the machine finally fell, creating a sorrowful space.
The room that was full of monotonous beeping was suddenly silent.
A team of doctors rushed in the emergency ward, blocking the entrance.
A minute passed by and then another but the only outcome was the rise of the heavy tension in the air....
At last, the team of doctors walked out, unable to meet the piercing gaze of a desperate boy who stood by the entrance....
His peace of heart and soul had been taken away now....forever.

[pitifully examining her lifeless, pale body, lying amongst the bundle of wires on the hospital bed]
"Sorry....you have served your purpose" a gentle voice responded with an unusual smoothness....
The voice was certainly not of a human, because it danced across the room like a carefree wind chime.

But....I wish...I could do something for my loved ones...
"You've already did enough by living this painful life, dear" the same voice resonated through the room....
The girl looked up and saw a magnificent figure standing in absolutely white, spotless clothes, in the middle of the room....
Her face was radiant and composed, looking as soft as snow, glowing in an unusual light, with a warm smile tugging on the beautifully pink lips....
The presence of the figure made the room smell better than any expensive perfume or cologne or a garden with the best scented flowers....

W-what are you?
Angel
Me? I'm an angel. [smiled]

[she was astonished but a realisation stuck her...]

My soul feels light and it pains no more...
Angel
Yes, you've been healed.

[nodded in response unsatisfactorily]
A lone tear escaped her eyes but it vanished into thin air as soon as it touched the cold white tile....

More tears fell down but they lost their existence as they kept falling and fading....
Angel
You will be asked to give up on every aspects of thoughts and memories or feelings that connects you to this planet and it's people....

But before you leave, do you want a last wish? I mean if you have any, Father will fulfill it.
The girl examined her arms and they had turned pale and were fading....
She knew what was coming had come and it was time to hurry...

Yes....I want the people who ever hurt me to be forgiven. I want my family to live happily and peacefully and not just cry and mourn for my death and-

Suddenly, a bright portal with illuminating light, bursting in all directions was infront of the two.
The room grew brighter than a million lights lit together and a blinding glow enveloped it, a scene too extraordinary for an ordinary human....

My...my..family... [pulled back and stole a glance of her body that she was leaving behind]

"I will not cause pain without allowing something new to be born" says the lord. [smiled]
Whatsoever, the girl felt guilty for not being able to bid her last goodbye to her family who would now grieve and mourn over her being alive no more.
But now....she had become a rising soul and it was meant to be.
Within a blink of an eye, everything disappeared.
There was no blinding lights, no bright figures but only a corpse on the bed, under the white sheets.
The portal was long gone, leaving behind no trace of its existence and letting the room crawl back and get engulfed under darkness and silence....
Senior's Scoldings
The high pitched voice travelled through every nook and corner of the empty church, scaring the morning birds....
....which flew away to save their tiny hearts from having a cardiac arrest.

The complaints and grumbles were echoing hauntingly...probably audible until the entrance of the building....
Suddenly continuous hitting of shoes against the stoned steps of the church became clearly audible....
They grew closer and closer until finally, a figure came running down the aisle, just like a kitten running to save itself from a dog....
The chapel was full of short breaths and pants, which were coming from the girls mouth....

[she bent down to calm herself and finally after a few minutes, dusted her clothes off and stood up straight]

[jumped and turned around]

[she was staring at the person with a bright smile]

[immediately grabbed her ears and twisted it]

She knew what was coming and there was no point in lying....Jin was aware of everything she ever did.

A Task
The whole day, I skipped and hoped around, because senior didn't let me come anywhere close to the chapel.

It feels so nice and fresh!
I got up and stood at the edge of the building, which was one of the highest...where I could see the dimly lit city.
The wind blew past my body and it made me want to fly across this ocean of vast civilisation....
And the best part is that no one can see me....just like the wind itself.
It's there, but you can't see it....you can just feel it.
A smile crept up on my lips, I felt proud of my poetic thoughts....

[I stretched my right hand forward, palm parallel to the blue sky and shut my eyes...]

My wings expanded to the fullest extent...flapping joyfully as I danced through the sky of the city....
Flying was one of the biggest gift, because it felt as if I owned the city!
I was free and had no restrictions and could fly on and on without ever getting tired....
Even though sometimes I do collide with birds here and there, but it's really amazing!
But if you ask, how I became an angel....sorry, I won't be able to answer that.
I know nothing about it...but Senior has been with me for as long as my braincells have existed and that's quite a lot of years.
Anyways, the wind felt amazing, as I flew across the never ending city.

I stood there, carefully observing the white painted building with a huge, red painted plus sign.
I didn't like how bright it was, it's colour always pokes my eyes!

[unintentionally, my lips curled up into a smile as I walked towards the entrance]
I always get excited about the fact that I pass by so many humans everyday but they are never able to sense or feel or see, a walking tube light.
I mean....at least my halo, which looks like a tubelight, glows brighter than that humanly object but they are still unaware.....
