Attack On Titan: Levi Love Story
Episode 1 "It started"
So let's start to the episode where Annie was already captured here is where Arcel identity was going to reveal by Erwin. (Going to add some scene and have changes.)
I will make some story here because I wanted Arcel to have a strong connection or relation with the Titans.
Arcel mother and father was also send from paradise Island and her mother was pregnant that time. Arcel was still on her mothers womb when her mother becomes a Titan.

While Erwin was on expedition with his group they saw a group of Titan and they hear a baby cry where they(titans) gather.
Erwin groups was surprised when titan leave the baby alone, when titans left they go where they hear the cry and they are surprised that bay is a newly born and have a lot of blood and on the baby side they saw a female titan with a open stomach and already dead. They get the baby and Erwin's group bring the baby inside the wall.

What happened is not really care with them because it looks like titan gave birth to a human and titan have no interest on the baby.
Since they know that someday they will discover something about Arcel Erwin took the full responsibility with the child because Erwin really want to know where titan came from and the mystery about this.
Take note: Only Erwins group know about this they hide Arcel identity from the government and Erwin trained Arcel and teach everything that Arcel need to know.
Arcel grow up as a smart lady and have skill she was also talented in using odm gear, good on fighting, in short she can surpass Levi ability.
She is now 22 years old have a very good body posture and have a very beautiful face.
Before Erwin meet Levi Erwin send Arcel outside the wall and to gather information about titans since they know that titan is not after her they send Arcel to investigate and maybe Arcel can find her true identity while she was socializing with titans.
Year passes and they never heard back from Arcel and never comeback.

Episode 2 "Arcel"
Arcel was on the scene when they tried to capture Annie and Eren fight with Annie as Titan.
Arcel is just watching from the tallest tree where no one can see her or notice her. She saw everything that day.
Arcel decided to go back inside the wall and Annie was already crystallized here self. The fight with Annie is over when she return.
Arcel *wearing a formal clothes and looking around*
Arcel
It's strange, it's seems a lot of things changed and I know there's a lot happened here when I was not around.
Ask people for Commander Erwin and someone told her that Commander was on his office in time like this.
Arcel where here hood so no one can see her face while entering commanders office.
Arcel was about to knock but she heard a voices inside the room.
She wait for them to get out before to enter
The moment Hange leave the room and Hange didn't even notice Arcel she took the opportunity to enter Commander Erwin's office
Arcel
*Enter the room with a head down*
Arcel
*She was going to take the hood away and reveal her face*
Arcel
*Salute* Commander I'm sorry that it took me years before to came back.
Levi
Erwin who's this brat?
Arcel
*Shocked, didn't notice that there still someone inside Erwin's office*
Commander Erwin
*stand up and hug Arcel*
Commander Erwin
I though I didn't see you forever, I'm glad you make it. You came back!!
Arcel
I'm sorry commander, I have a lot of report for you.
Levi
Do you have a wife before and you have a child with her?
Commander Erwin
You can rest for now Arcel leave the reports here, you can go to your room it's still the same and nothing changes
Arcel
That's good to know commander
Levi
Erwin are you not going to answer my question?
Commander Erwin
Levi I will tell you everything about here once I finish to read all the reports I am going to decide if I'm going to include her on your group.
Levi
tch, then I need to leave you now and start reading those reports

Arcel goes to her old room.
Arcel
Yeah, this is still the same nothing changes and for real Commander never assigned someone to clean here.

Well maybe he still hiding my identity, so I have no choice but to clean it with my self

After 3 hours Arcel is done
Take a shower, changed her clothes and lay down on her bed
Arcel
Take a deep breath.... Haaaaay
Arcel
For so many years that I stayed outside the wall I still don't know why titans was not over me, but I'm sure that I can't transform into titan like those brats. What so especially about me and titans are not chasing me and other titans can listen to me...
Arcel
Aaaaaahh!! I still can't help not to think about this ability of me
Commander Erwin
*reading the reports*
Erwin discover everything about Arcel's ability while reading the reports
Commander Erwin
*still shocked about everything he saw on the report*

Maybe that's true that titan is the one who gave birth to her but she can't transform, we will find out all about here, hope that when he meets Eren something happens that we can find out more about her, Eren and titans.

Maybe this is the time that I need to tell Levi everything about her
