Chapter 2~Secret
The weather is warm outside, a gentle breeze blowing...flowers are bloomed beautifully on pots while birds are singing without any worry and flying carelessly.
But the atmosphere inside the building was not convenient like the weather at all. It was gloomy and tense!

Umm-we are trying but it may take a few more...h-hours!
I've been waiting for 1 hour and 41 minutes now but they still need more time? Do I look like I'm selling f*cking time?
I'm supposed to leave Moscow by 7:00 AM and be at Newyork to attend my business meeting but here I'm stuck with these idiots!
And now they are saying that my jet has some mechanical problems in it.
Alden, my assistant, replied. Stuttering a little by my gloomy aura.

What exactly happened to it?
I asked referring to my jet.
Alden Cealum
The mechanic said the portion of the turbine is damaged so it'll take a few more hours to retrieve it!

Arrange another one!

Actually arranging another jet right now could take more time then retrieving the current one!

So then what should I do? Walk to Newyork?
Alden Cealum
No, actually there's a better option!
He said lighting up. I nodded at him to continue.

You could take an economy flight since all the business seats are full!
He said smiling as if he found the best solution in the world.
I'M RICHEST GUY IN THE WHOLE FREAKING WORLD AND HE JUST ASKED ME TO TAKE AN ECONOMY CLASS FLIGHT!!
I wanted to break his skull right there.
There's no way in hell, I'm travelling in those trash flights!
I looked at him darkly and he realised what he said.

No I mean that's the worst idea! umm I'm going to check on the mechanic.
He said quickly, repenting his words and left.
I need to be there as soon as I can! I don't give a shit about the damn meeting but there's someone waiting for me at Newyork and I can't wait to see that person!
And for that person I'm willing to go to the end of the world let alone travelling in an economy class flight!
I immediately called Alden and ordered him to come inside!

I just glared at him, he got his answer and left.
I'm still digesting the fact that I'm travelling in an economy!
It looks absolutely shit from inside!
I'm highly regreting my decision now and bitting back the urge to run from here and wait for another jet! But...
I can't! My instincts are screaming at me that it's worth it! Because it's her and anything's worth when it comes to her even travelling in this shit!
I was enjoying my view from my window seat.
I always had a thing for window seats from childhood!
It is an unparalleled joy for me. Always.
It gave me the bird-eye view and a chance to see the world zoom out beneath me!
The touchdown would always bring in an small smile on my lips.
It was a secret that I never shared with anyone and nor I will!
A smooth female voice interrupted my thoughts.

Chapter 3~ Sacrifice

What are you doing ker?
My mom screamed from downstairs, shaking the whole house. I quickly did my hair and rushed downstairs.
My flight is in 30 minutes and I'm still at home!

I blew a flying kiss at her and she just smiled gently.
I ran out of the house and spotted noah, my best friend, in his car.
He was wearing his usual khaki pants and cardigans. I jumped into his car and he started the engine.
He asked and in reply I just smiled brightly at him.
Today is another step towards my dreams. After studying hard for years, I finally got into NYC.
The images of my mom working hard to earn money and dad's death flashed into my mind!
After my dad died, everything changed, my closest relatives, family friends...everyone changed their colours like a chameleon!
I sighed quietly. Those memories are nothing but horrible reminder of my past. A reminder to me that I've to do well in college right now and make every struggle that mom and I did worth!
After noah and I bid good byes and I hurried to the boarding section.
Apparently, few more peoples were late like me, so it took a while for me to board the plane.
After I boarded my plane, I sighed relieved.
My seat was 5A and it was a window sit!!!! But when I went near it, I saw someone already sitting there, facing the window.
He then turned around. I was a little taken back by his looks but pretended to be normal.
He was young...not more than 22, I guess. He had a sharp jaw and dark brown eyes. He was wearing a custom suit which looked really expensive! He's unbelievably and exclusively handsome.
But this is not the right time to admire looks of a person who's sitting on my favourite seat.
Gosh, the authority in his voice was really intimidating.

Do you mind exchanging your seat with mine?
I said with a light smile but then he looked like I just slapped him across his face.
I turned around...and saw a girl about five feet standing in the aisle.
She then said that the seat I'm sitting on right now is her seat and asked me about exchanging seat.
Are you f*cking kidding me? First the jet problem and now the sacrifice of my window seat. Dude I should have checked my horoscope today even though I don't believe in them.
I wanted to scream at her that I'm not giving up my favourite seat but all I ended up uttering was,

She sang. Like what the f*ck?
I took a minute to consider the situation.
A. She was exceptionally good looking.
B. she was blocking paths of too many passengers and people were starting at me as if I told her to sit on floor!
C. I don't want people to think I'm acting childish at this age but I can't even tell them about my Obsession with window seats!
The build up pressure made me what I never thought I'd do!
I ended up sacrificing my favourite seat!
THIS ISN'T FAIR. My instincts screamed at me! I KNOW, I screamed back internally.

She said and smiled brightly and walked into her seat.
I swear I'm going to murder Adlen once this plane lands. After a few more minutes of the flight attendant's nonsense, this shit finally took off.
