Set in the early 2000's. A mysterious man on the night of September 7th, stands on a bridge rail with his open arms, with a surrounding crowd of residents in front of him, singing unknown song, and was never seen again. That's also leads to a chain of events that turns the once peaceful city of Nimvile into nightmare.
