Chapter Seven

Jungkook let out a bitter chuckle, now looking up at you.

"Wow...look who we have here... the one who wanted me to stay away from her has now come to see me!! How pathetic!!" Jungkook said.

"Jungkook..."

"What?

"Why do you look like like this? Are you ok?"

Jungkook looked so pale and his eyes were red like he hasn't slept.

He scoffed.

"I'm perfectly fine Y/n-ah, I'm feeling awesome actually...." He said which you knew was a big lie.

"And besides...we've never got along with each other, so why start caring now?" Jungkook said rudely.

"You know what Jungkook... you're right, well I'm going... bye." You said, about to walk away but he called you back.

"Yes Jungkook?''

"Umm I see you really happy... how are you and Jimin? You really like him don't you??" He asked.

Your heart raced once Jungkook mentioned Jimin... Your feelings for him have grown so much without you even knowing.

Your face turned a rosy red, as you shyly looked down.

"Y-yeah I really do... he's not only cute but so caring towards me." You said blushing.

Jungkook's heart clenched.

Did he really have to ask that question? To make himself feel even more miserable?

Jungkook held back the tears that were threatening to fall out of his eyes. Besides, even though he knew Jimin was a bad guy for such a innocent girl like you, he didn't want to interfere. He stared at you a bit wanting you to stay, but he thought it would be wrong.

Clearing his throat to not get emotional, he weakly smiled at you...more like a forced smile.

"Well you should- umm go now, he's waiting for you..." Jungkook with a hint of deep sadness.

"Jungkook-" You said, but he had already left without saying another word.

Walking back to Jimin, you let a sigh.

"What's the matter Y/n-ah?" Jimin asked, as he wrapped an arm around your shoulder.

"I don't know why but I feel like something's wrong with Jungkook..." You said.

"Don't worry he's a big boy... you never needed him and he never has needed you..." Jimin said.

"C' mon let's go..." He then whispered into your ear, as you then looked back towards the direction Jungkook had left.

~Time Skip Weeks Later~

Swallowing another dose of the drug, Jungkook's head once again started to spin.. He began to smile... imagining you were right in front of him.

"Y/n...my beautiful Y/n..."

His hand intertwined with yours as then leaned closer, brushing his lips onto yours...both of your hearts beating immensely.

"Jungkook..."

His eyes locked into yours as his gaze went down towards your lips.

Jungkook closed his eyes as he once again kissed you, but this time more deeper...as he pressed you against the wall.

Breaking the kiss, your foreheads attached with each other, you both smiled.

"Y/n..."

"Yes?"

"I love you."

"I love you too Jungkook."

Due to the side effect of the drug, Jungkook then started cackling in laughter.

"Pfft... I don't love her, she's nobody to me...but what if I do love her? Nah, that's impossible...she can't love me back, she loves Jimin...." Jungkook said rambling to himself.

He then all of the sudden started crying, hating the thought that you loved someone else.

~Time Skip Days Later~

It was the end of the school day, and you were waiting nervously for Jimin. You decided it was time for you to confess your feelings to him.

Standing beside his locker, you waited for him to arrive.

Jungkook was in hidden in the far corner, watching you secretly to not be seen.

"Hey Y/n!!" Jimin said with a huge smile, as he then saw you and walked towards you hugged you tightly.

"H-hi Jimin." You said as a tint of red was seen on your cheeks.

"What's up gurl?"He asked.

"I-I have something to tell you..." You stuttered, as your heart began to race.

Jimin's face immediately turned all of the sudden cold, knowing exactly what you were going to say to him...but you had no idea he was just playing with you.

"What is it?" Jimin asked in a monotone voice.

"I umm I really like you Jimin..."

"You like me? As in you have a crush on me?" He asked.

"Yeah I-I really do...'' You blushed.

Jimin then scoffed.

"What and you thought I'll feel the same for you?" He said rudely, raising an eyebrow.

"H-huh?"

"Let me put something straight Kim Y/n, I. Don't. Like. You. Ok? That was only in your imagination... I'll never like a fat girl like you..."
