Chapter 4 "A Familiar Stranger" (Part-2)

KAI'S POV:

I was in the temple. Seeing the place where I used to come with my grandma as a kid. While I was seeing the place, I heard footsteps. I came near the door to see who caused them. Just then when I was going to open them. A girl slid them suddenly. We could almost bump into one another but somehow she maintained her balance. She looked up to see me. She quickly step back and apologized. She was a bit different from the girls here. Just then I noticed the blue pair of her eyes. They were same like 'HER'. She first asked me about a kid in excitement. I was so deep in my flood of thoughts that I answered her without thinking in a pale expression.

She then spoke about grandma and I realised that she was looking for me. And then we headed to our grandmas. I was known that grandma's bestfriend didn't had grandchildren. So it was only 'HER'. But this girl looks different. Her hair colour is not golden. But her eyes and voice makes be pretty obvious it's 'HER'. Then we were heading for grabbing lunch. On way my grandma wispered me "She is the one..." For a moment I could not react it. I thought we would never meet like this, then how....

I wanted to talk her but I didn't know how to start. We just sat there in complete silence.

This was getting awkward and then she stood and said "I'm going to get some water I'm a little thirty" and started walking away. Man I should have said something. I looked towards grandma and she smiled. I stood up too and followed her. When I reached there I saw her drinking water. I didn't know how to say something and I suddenly spoke something without thinking. "Are you Kristien Kings?" I spoke straight. Her reaction told me it was truth.

The moment she heard it. She was shocked and almost spitted her water. Which was kinda funny. And then she stared at me. With confused and suprised voice she asked me "Who are you?" Though I wasn't expecting this question. But how would she remember me when we never even met at stage before. Just once we met and it was simple enough to keep a memory deep in mind. I wish I could tell her everything I wanted her to remember. But somehow again I could not build up the courage and just spoke "Hospitalxxx Room no. 147" Her eyes grew winder in suprise and her lips spoke weakly "Kai...."

It's HER! I'm so happy now. But how should I thank her after these years. How would I know what she thinks about me.... And I'm again left with a river of unanswered questions. But today I will get thier answers. I spoke "Can we talk a little?" She nodded her head in reply as yes. We started to walk on a little lonely place, which was behind the temple where noone was seen. We sat there. There was flood of memories in mind about her. I don't know what to tell her next but I hope this answers my a questions....
