Chapter 1 "A Warm Welcome"

KRISTIEN'S POV:

On reaching the station the first thing I did was to grab a drink. The weather was very hot. The long journey of 4hrs really exhausted me. This place is far from the city. I'm currently going to my mom friend's mother place, to enjoy the vacations. It's far from city in these rural areas where you can see japanese classic village aura. Grandma's house is on a hill that's what I was told. I have got the address and it's on the top of the hill. To be honest travelling alone wasn't a big deal for me since I have done it so many times. Now it's usual. I dragged my two luggages. Which were a bag full of clothes and some gifts for grandma. Making my way out of the station.

I first texted aunt on reaching there as I couldn't find her there. Little did I know that today I would get an experience of a desert survival. Let me tell you how.... I cheerfully texted her....

(Texting on Phone)

Me: Aunt Cass I'm here!

Aunt: So?🤔

Me: What do you mean SO?😑

Aunt: ?

Me: Don't tell me you are not at station! 😧

Aunt: Ok I won't tell...😂

Me: Aunt!!!!! Are your serious!?!?!😡 I have to climb up a whole hill! 😫😵

Aunt: Opps my bad🤭

Me: Atleast there should be a bus stand 😢

Aunt: ... 😬 there is none...

Me: What are you doing now?🤬

Aunt: Oh I'm comfortably lying and having a bowl of icecream 😜😂

Me: It's too much!😭

Me: Grandma won't spare you!

Aunt: Well if I tell her that you will come tomorrow so there won't be a problem 😏 And probably you will be coming tomorrow...😂

Me: Aaaghhh!!! 😡😵😫

So you see that's how it ended. I pretty much hate it when the joke is too far. But who am I to talk when I mixed sauce in a special icecream of hers, for which she waited for hours. Well I mean it was very funny as her reaction was priceless. So basically Aunt Cass or Cassidy Cloves is the youngest daughter. And my Aunt. Our relationship is like best friends we have a lot of fun and troubles together.

So back to present, I'm currently climbing this HUGE MOUNTAIN... just because of my Aunt's prank. And I'm pretty tired I finished my water bottles and the stairs seems endless! Do these people ever get down? Gasp* sigh* I was taking some breaths before I continue again. Seriously it has gone too far... I'm literally dying here. I was cursing Aunt Cass so bad while climbing. So after 1 and half hour, yes correct, I finally reached the TOP! But you know when I reached there it from a few distance I saw cables. And this made my anger to the sky. Can't she inform me that! The people near me were suprise to see me.

That was obvious since I was the first person in years to climb those legendary rock stairs and made a fool of myself. After this the only thing I was desperately searching was grandma's home.

And thank God! I found it. On seeing Grandma I was about to cry. And hugged her tightly. And then I reached my destination. I was so tired that I didn't even had the energy to say something to Aunt.

So yea that was my 'Warm Welcome'
