Chapter - 5

After two hours of practice I waited for Eric to be done with practice.

Standing by my bag I pick up my water bottle and take a nice long sip of it . The team had a game this friday night so we practiced hard to have our routines down packed.

"Hey ..." turning around i saw Tiana standing there awkwardly . Like I said , I hadn't really spoken to her today.

" Hey ..." I responded taking another sip .

"So , how are you feeling ?" she asked .

" Betterthan the other day ..."

I say avoiding her stare .

" Good . Umm , do you need a ride home ?" she asked hopeful that I would say yes .

" No , thanks. Eric is going to take me home ."

"Ohh yeah , off course. Well , if you need a ride sometime this week ...you know .."

" Yeah , thanks ." and with that she turned around and left frowning. That was really awkward considering her and I always talk and joke around . I kind of feel bad that I'm upset at her in some way , but that's just who I feel at the moment. Nothing like being sexual assaulted to make you want to withdrawal yourself from people who care about you .

I know in time Tiana and I will get back to our normal friendship.

" Baby girl." glancing over I see Eric jogging over to me with his one million dollar smile which I love so much.

Stopping in front of me he pulls me to his sweaty body and hugs me tight.

"Eww , Eric . you smell ." scrunching my nose I push him away from me .

" Come on baby ...you know you like me glistening with sweat !"

He smirked pulling me back by his arms.

"Nooo....I really don't. Go take a shower ."

"Fine ...I will . Hey , a few of the guys want to go eat after we get all cleaned up . Is that alright with you ? Will you come ?"

He asked swinging his heavy arm over my shoulders .

" Sure . I can eat ." I tell him shrugging my shoulder making our way back to the locker rooms so we can change .

45 minutes later ....

Eric , me and six of his teammates are now sitting down waiting to order food at the local diner and hangout which is a block away from our school . We sometimes come over here for our lunch hours since we don't have to be stuck eating the disgusting mystery meat they serve in the cafeteria .

It was a bit busy since others from our school decided to stop bu after their practices or after school clubs .

After ten minutes of waiting and then ordering I'm sitting here listening to the guys talk about the upcoming football game which is on Friday.

Like always I'm bored since I'm the only girl here . Don't get me wrong . I know plenty about football , I just don't want to partake their conversation.

Snapping out of my thoughts , I can hear a rumbling noise from the parking lot . Lifting my head to glance over window facing it , I see a herd of motorbikes pulling up .They looked up like the same ones that had gone to the school hours before . The red and white one ahead of the group ....he must be the leader and the guy who I think saved me Saturday night .

Roaring their engines , people that were standing in the parking lot moved out of the way immediately not wanting to be run over by them , I mean who wouldn't.

All of them reversed in a few spots shutting off there engines then took off their helmets . I swear they looked like they were from a scene of a movie . Their bikes looked expensive since some are Ducati's and cost as much as a new car .

The guy with the light grey eyes stepped forward and rest followed. Counting in my head I see ten in total . You can tell the confidence and respect thse guys carry cause everyone right away moved out of their way once they walked towards the diner's doors . I wouldn't want to meet them in a dark alley . I can tell that if you stared too long at them they would just kill you .
