Chapter 3:Hidden Diary

1 week later-

-Narrator(Autumn) Pov-

"Good Morning"-Callista said.

" Good Morning Milady"-Layla and Kiara said.

Callista get up in bed and went straight to the bathroom to shower and then she get to dress up and went outside with Kiara and Layla.

While they're walking in the corridor Callista notices that maids are busy so she asked Kiara What's happening and Kiara answered...

"Oh umm they're arrange something in the attic while the other is preparing for the birthday of Duke Caspian"-Kiara said.

"I see"-Callista said.

"By the way miss where do you want to go?"-Layla said.

" I want to go to the attic"-Callista said.

They follow Callista at the attic as soon as Callista arrived they pay respect to her.

"All maids here are dismissed"-Callista said.

"But we're not done yet here Milady"-One maid said.

" Just follow the order of my little sister"

A familiar fierce and husky voice makes Callista feel chills in her nerves, and as soon as she turned her head she saw the 5th male lead.

Axton De Ross- Older brother of Oliver and Callista and the heir of Dukes House Hold.

When she saw the man that standing in front of her, her heart started to beat fast and loudly but she keep calming herself and she greet her brother neatly.

"Long time no see brother"-Callista said.

" All of you dismiss"-Axton said and just walk past her by.

"I'm taking my leave too brother"-Callista said.

When Callista was about to leave Axton call her name.

" Yes?"-Callista said.

"Come back here"-Axton said.

Layla and Kiara look at Callista with a worried faces as if they know what will gonna happen next.

" Layla and Kiara I can handle this you two can go back to your room"-Callista said.

"Yes Milady"-They said.

Callista walks towards Axton and said...

" What do you want brother?"

"Do you remember years ago when I heard you wishing that you hope that Diana won't come back ?"-Axton said with a cold tone.

Callista remained silent.

"Every time I remember that day I feel hatred in my heart that keeps lingering inside my head"-Axton said.

At that time Aria realized why Callista wished that and then she answered Axton with a cold voice tone and said...

" You'll never know"

Axton walks toward Callista and holds her shoulder tightly and said...

"What?!"

With an angry tone...

"You will never understand how it feels to see your one and only parent laying down on the street and all you can do is watch them being eaten by bugs, You will never understand how it feels to be hungry every day, You will never understand how it feels to be beaten by some boys out there and You will understand how it feels to be Homeless, Parentless and Hopeless and Yeah You will never understand that cuz you're wealthy"

Callista said and later on, her tears started to fall.

"The time when the duke adopted me I feel lucky somehow I never thought that I would meet a brother like you the first time when I approach you I could consider that as the nightmare of my life I will never think that you will hate me, but the lucky part is when I met Mrs.Ross she was the only one who showed me kindness and the love that I need even though it was just short period I still learn something from her and one of them is Forgiveness that I kept doing up until now, forgiveness a thing that you can't even give me even if it's temporary"

Callista said and her tears keep rolling on her cheeks.

"Axton remember this I will forgive you for what you did to me but don't ever wonder why my relationship with you change"

Callista said and wiped her tears and said before she leaves...

"I won't ever forget how heartless you are way back Axton i thought that you would change but i think my heart was wrong"

She said then leaves and while Axton was just standing there, He was stunned by what Callista said to him and He realized he needs to apologize to Callista.

-Fast Forward-

-At night-

*Knock on the door*

"Come in"-Callista said.

" Good evening milady here is your Dinner"-Kiara said.

After Kiara put down the dinner of Callista on the table she looks at Callista and she started to worry when she saw the swollen eyes of Callista.

"Milady is everything okay?"-Kiara asks.

" No Nothing"-Callista said.

Kiara walks towards Callista and sits beside her and said...

"Did you fight with Master Axton?"-Kiara said.

" Y-yes"-Callista said.

"Milady to be honest I'm proud of you cuz you overcome every pain in your life"-Kiara said.

" Yeah, I'm so proud of Callista too cuz she's so good at hiding pain, she a strong person too not like me I'm always running away from everything this is the first time I've ever faced problems"

Aria said to herself and she hugs Kiara...

"Thank you for being there every time I need you"-Callista said.

"You're Welcome miss"-Kiara said.

After Callista ate dinner she decided to check every cabinet of Callista cuz she was still hoping if Callista has a diary and she found it...

She opened up the Diary and It was said on the first page.

"Empty and Lifeless love is called Empty Love"

On the second page, it said...

Dear Diary

A duke adopted me and I feel like I'm not welcome in this family cuz when I arrived here I was being treated so badly not until I met the Duchess Of the duke's Household her name was Liev La Varley but now she's Liev De Ross she was so kind to me she treats me so good and she even assigns two maids for me and the name of them was Kiara and Layla they seem kind also I feel sorry for my real mother cuz I can't bury her properly cuz I don't have money and I was afraid to ask a favor.

On the 3rd page.

Dear Diary

I was so happy cuz the duchess said that she order some of her people to burry my mom properly and I thank her and I met a girl her name is Diana she was beautiful but I never thought she was like my brothers but its okay cuz I'm used to be abused too and thanks to my body cuz my wounds heals fast and it wouldn't leave any scars.

On the 4th page.

Dear Diary

It was fun to go to school and the Duchess teach me to forgive anyone even if they did a mistake and also the Duchess is like my mother sweet and kind but opposite to the duke cuz the duke is not kind as it seems and also my siblings well even though we're not related in blood but I still treat them as a sibling cuz the duchess said that I'm part of this family.

On the 5th page.

Dear Diary

The Duchess passed away 1 week ago and my life also turns into a nightmare the maids started to make fun of me and luckily I have Kiara and Layla and my siblings make fun of me when they saw me so every end of class I will go with the other way so that they would not make fun of me.

Aria was about to read the Chapter 6 when someone knocked on the door...
