Ch-7 memories from the past

Miki lived in a small town of Japan where the lockdown was not even started. It was going to start from the next week so everyone living there started to buy rations , food and other stuffs for daily necessities to store them atleast for a month.

When she came back home after her college and part time job, her father also returned from the market with so many bags in his hands, cursing the pandemic.

Miki was in her room watching her favorite show on TV.

She liked the female lead in the drama so much as her character was alike hers.

In the Drama.......

In the last week's episode of the drama, the female lead was doubtful about her boyfriend having an affair with his ex. In this episode, the female lead followed her boyfriend to find the truth and clear her doubts. He went to a house , rang the doorbell and a girl came out of the house . The female lead secretly followed them inside the house to see who the girl was. What she saw inside, was not less than a horrible nightmare for her....

All her doubts turned into reality, she saw her boyfriend cheating on her with his ex. She was furious, went straight to him and slapped him. She cursed him, put their relationship to an end and went away from that disgusting place.

This episode reminded Miki about her boyfriend cheating on her with his ex- girlfriend.

Miki never believed that she would fall in love but after meeting with him she tried to give it chance because she had a crush on him. Not only she, but every girl in the school had a crush on him as he was the high school heartthrob.

Flashback.........

Many boys of her class had confessed to Miki and proposed her to be their girlfriend but she never agreed to any of these. She never had a feeling for anyone but him . Unlike other girls of her school, she had a crush on him not because of good looks but for his talents and the softness , respect and consideration that he had towards girls.

He was Kiyoko, heartthrob of the entire school, multi- talented person who was a dancer and painter . He was also good at photography and swimming. Miki was never attracted towards his good looks and never even tried to make friendship with him , even though they were in the same class ,like the other girls. It was not easy for her to fall in love or trust anyone completely when she had seen so many things in her life at this small age.

It was when she got to be the leader of the group representing the school for the state exhibition, they both had to work together for their project, Miki and Kiyoko became friends. Miki found his skills in painting and photography really impressive. Kiyoko never talked much to the girls as he was kind of shy but during the project he had such good friendship with Miki that he shared all his stories to her about how he had been cheated by his ex- girlfriend .
