I was playing a game on my phone when Khaelus called. I wasn't really going to accept it but Ali— my boyfriend, said that maybe it's important so I accepted it.

I sighed and placed my phone on the space beside me and hugged Al.

I know Khaelus is the type of person that doesn't make any rash decision but Khaelles… he's a whole different story. I don't know him well.

"He won't, mom's with him" I stated

"Still though, don't you think it's better not to meet me while he's sick?" he uttered

"Are you making me leave?" I asked but he didn't answer "Baby, I already told you that he'll accept us when the time comes. You don't have to worry about dad, ok?" i said and he still stayed silent "Tell me to leave and I will"

After that few words, he looked at me.

"What? If you still won't speak I really won't see you again" I threatened him but he didn't falter "Ughhh… Fine" I said and stood up

I snatched my phone from his hands and took my coat and left his unit.

I know I wouldn't last when I said I won't see him again. I'm just frustrated. He's the one who chased after me, he's the one who irritated me to the bone until I can't get rid of him anymore, he's the one who pursued me… and yet he's acting like he's going to give up on me anytime.

I went to a small park just near to Ali's building and sat on a bench available there. Not many people comes here since some horror story circulated here.

I opened my phone and took a peek on my empty message box.

"He didn't even bother to message me" I said and turned off my phone "Am I even important to you baby.." I muttered and lowered my head

I stayed there for an hour hoping that he will come but he didn't. I didn't even see a glimpse of his shadow.

I sighed and stood up. I went to the parking lot behind his building and drove it to my unit.

I don't like being alone but I don't want to go home, especially if dad is present.

When I entered my unit, a cold and dark room embraced me.

I sighed again before switching the lights on.

I locked the door and went straight to the sofa.

Tonight, I'll sleep here. Maybe it wouldn't be that bad. Maybe that stupid nightmare won't bother me tonight.
