Chapter 4-Clam before the stroms

After hearing what Avile says, Melia was very happy and proud of her. She always believes that her best friend Avile can and will get out of her painful past. Now, her believe comes true. They two hold each other's hand as the way they goes home.

At Avile's home, at 6.15 p.m.

"Melia, why not stay here for a bit and lets go to the exhibition that is going to be held today!" Melia smiles and nods at her best friend Avile. "Ok so then. I'll stay with my dear Avile right here to support her" Avile smiles happily. They two talked for a few moments and then they gets ready to go to the exhibition hall.

Avile packs her things and says, "Let's go, Melia!" Melia nods and follow Avile.

They gets on the car and goes to the exhibition hall.

-At the Exhibition Hall

Avile and Melia walks in and saw so many beautiful paintings from different artists. Avile smiles and say "Look, Melia! These paintings are beautiful".

"It's indeed beautiful works" Melia reply.

Avile and Melia looks around the hall to search Avile's painting. After a while, they found it. As soon as Melia saw Avile's paintings, she hugs Avile and says:

"No matter how other paintings are beautiful, yours are the most unquire indeed, Avile".

"Thx, Melia..." Avile says with a big happy smile on her face.

But their happy conversation was interrupt by someone. "Excuse me, are you Avile?". Avile don't know that person but she says yes.

"Then pls come with me to the office. Someone wants to see you."

Avile was not sure who wants to meet her. But she follows that person to the office.

When Avile gets to the office, what she saw makes her shocked. She couldn't believe that she'll see the people who she thought they would never like to see her anymore.

Melia saw that Avile was surprised and shocked. So, she asked her who is that person? Avile says back, "It's the butler whom my parents trust most."

Melia now knows why Avile was so shocked.

While they two are shocked, the butler shows no expression. He said "Miss Avile, your parents wants you to come back home and attend the party with them together. What do you say, Miss Avile?"

Avile was surprised but she looks at butler and says, "Butler, tell them that I will come back home tomorrow morning and I'll attend the party too."

Butler's mind* Miss agreed so easily? I thought she would angry and yell at me. Turns out that I was just overthinking....*

"Ok, Miss Avile. I'll be sure to tell them back. They'll be happy to hear this for sure." Butler says. Then he says goodbye and goes out.

Melia couldn't understand her friend's choice. So, she asked; "Avile? Why did you say Yes?" Avile knows Melia will ask her so she tells "Melia, can't you see? They want me back! Not for a perfect family, just because they want to be outstanding at the party with my work." Avile smiles and says to Melia. "Even they treat me like a player in their game, then I'll show them how I'll play!"

Melia is proud of Avile now. "Well, my friend is really an independent girl now!" Melia said. They two soon walked out of the hall and went back home.
