Chapter 17 Kang Lei interview Part 1

It was 8'clock in the evening and Kang Lei was nervous about his impending interview. He looked in his wardrobe and found nothing, he couldn't believe he was heading to one of the countries most powerful alphas home and he didn’t have a single thing to wear.

He checked his online account and as expected nothing, he felt defeated if he can’t even be presentable how was he going to get the job.

“Why do I have to go through this” he said out loud, while running his hands through his hair and throwing his head back looking at the ceiling.

“No, no, no...I shouldn’t think this way, the interview is tomorrow I got to prepare” he added, vigorously shaking his head trying to rid himself of all those negative thoughts trying to attack him.

He instead thought though he may not look the best he need to sound and be the best, himself and BoJing needed this.

“Yes! Kang Lei you got this, come on”, he pulled himself together and went to prepare BoJing for bed before revising through some interview questions he got off the internet.

After spending most of the night preparing and mostly talking to himself in his bathroom mirror. Kang Lei woke up early the next morning for his interview,

“BoBo are you ready!” Kang Lei called out from the kitchen.

BoJing took the few steps from the bathroom into the kitchen.

“Yes daddy am ready and daddy don’t worry today your going to do great” BoJing encouraged his father while smiling brightly.

“You think so BoBo, daddy is so nervous, do you think what daddy is wearing is okay?” Kang asked twirling around a few times with his arms out like a princess showing off her dress.

“Hehe! Yes daddy looks dashing and handsome” BoJing replied.

“Awww, you have to say saying that, daddy isn’t handsome” kang Lei protested.

“Am telling you the truth, but maybe you should wear your hair up and put some gel, people say your eyes are your most attractive feature” suggested BoJing

Kang Lie quickly went and got a mirror close by and begun to play around with his bangs, moving it out his face and seeing what he looked like then showing BoJing.

“what you think BoBo, won’t daddy look weird?” He asked worryingly, using his plam to hold his bangs up. Kang Lei wasn’t use to wearing his bangs off his face as he tried hard to hide his face and his hair was long enough to cover over his eyes without hindering his vision.

“Yes daddy, I think the bangs make you look less handsome and hid your face too much, it’s just for today” Persuaded BoJing.

“Okay if my BoBo say it then it must be true. Okay finish up your breakfast and I’ll drop you off to school. Oh before I forget grandpa Chong is going to pick you from school today, I’ll inform your teachers, I should be back by 7, so have your dinner and shower at grandpa Chongs and I’ll pick you up when I get in”. Kang Lei said while giving BoJing is breakfast.

After breakfast Kang Lei dropped BoJing to the school gates.

“Good luck daddy, your going to do great,” BoJing then opened his arms and gave his father a big hug before adding,

“I love you daddy and am always proud of you no matter what”

“I love you too little My little BoBo” responded Kang Lei returning the hug, they finally said goodbye and Kang Lei watched BoJing disappear into the school ground.
