I started doing my job. As usual I was taking orders from the costumers fro the costumers. It was a a tiring day, because we had a lot of costumers. Around 4:00 I took a ten minute break, as I usually do. After my break, I walked to table seven. A handsome guy, around my age, was sitting there. I put on my smile and I said “Welcome to Rainy drops cafe, what can I get you?”. The guy looked at me and stare at my face for a while. When it was starting getting he said in a cold tone “Bring me a black coffee”. “Yes sir!” I said and I hurriedly ran to the counter.

When I reached the counter, I gave the order to Dave and I continued doing my work, although I had the feeling someone was staring at me. And someone was actually staring at me. Emma had approached a minute earlier and informed me that the guy from table seven was staring at me. After I knew that I was feeling really uncomfortable, but what could I do?

As the time passed, the time for mine and Milly’s meeting came. Milly and I were sitting on a table with a man, he was around his early forties. He was pretty gentle and kind with us. His name was Alan Formig. The conversation was going pretty well.

-So that’s it, Milly and River. It would be a pleasure for me to rent you the art studio.

-Thank you sir! Me and my friend River will sure treat the art studio as our own!

-Don’t be so grateful yet. If someone gives me a higher price he will get the studio.

-We know Mr Forming. I am sorry for my friends excitement.

-It’s okay. I am just reminding you. Anyway, if no one else gives me a better offer till next week, the studio is yours. Have a nice day!

-You too!

Mr Forming left the cafe. Milly went to her home and even that weird guy that was staring at me awhile ago had left. That was a relief! That guy was giving me the chills! I continued working until 9:00. After my shift was over I had to lock the store, as I was the last one to live the store today. I closed all the lights and I cleaned a little. Then I locked the shop and I left from the staff door from the back. While I was locking the door, I felt an arm touching my shoulder.

The next moment I was pinned to the wall and a guy was chocking me. Even though it was dark I was able to recognize his face. It was the same guy from the store. I was getting scared and I couldn’t breath properly. “TELL ME WHY YOU LEFT ME KANE!” the guy yelled. He mistake me for someone else? “I am not..cough... Kane.. my name is River Kaneda” I said coughing. The guy stopped chocking me. “Tch! Another slut that is after my money, trying to seduce me.” he said looking at me with disgust.

Oh That’s it. Who does he think he is? First he chokes me than he calls me a slut? Like I would ever try seducing a brat like him! “Hear me out mistrer. Even if you were the last human on earth I wouldn’t go with you! Yes, I might be gay from my hair to my tiptoes, but I would go with a mad man like you! You are rude and also you choked me! I don’t know what exactly is your complex, but it doesn’t have to do with me! I would never try to seduce someone that I don’t even know, because of his looks or money! Rich assholes like you believe everything revolves around their pity life! Well let me tell you something! I don’t f@cking give a damn about you” I yelled. After this he was just looking at me, surprised.

I locked the back door, because last time I tried to I was stopped and then I started walking away. While I was walking away the guy was just looking at me. So I raised my left hand with only my middle finger pointing at him. I didn’t see his expression, but I was sure he was annoyed by my actions and words.

After that I started running back to my apartment, because even though nothing bad happened, that guy scared the hell out of me. I really hope that will be my first and last encounter with him.

As I layed to my bed I remembered that I bumped into a really rude guy at school. I couldn’t remember his face, but I remembered his voice. His voice sounded like the guy’s that thought I was Jane. That means! No, no, it can’t be true! Is the guys that choked me in Sky university. My mind is just playing games with me, there is no way that is true!

I closed my eyes, trying to sleep and avoid my thoughts. It didn’t took me long and I fell asleep. I dreamt about a man who was in love with someone. The man was dating this someone, but this someone was given a big amount of money in exchange of leaving the man. The man was broken and he couldn’t believe that his loved one betrayed him like this. After that he became cold and he stopped showing affection to everyone.

The whole dream was really sad. I really felt sorry for that man, although I couldn’t even see his face or know name. After his loved one left him, it was like someone was stabbing his heart. I could feel the pain he felt, because I have been betrayed too. I know what is like being betrayed from your loved one. But there is a difference between me and the man. I never became cold or stop showing affection, actually I became a more caring and loving person. At least this is what my close friends and family says.
