Chapter Six Aiden Katzenberg (15) Past

Aiden ran into the bathroom and went and sat against on the floor and continued to cry. He burried his face when he heard the door open. "Hey man are you alright," someone asked him. Aiden looked up at the person. The person crouched down infront of him. "Im Zane," he said. "Im Aiden," Aiden replied as he wiped his tears. "Are you alright," Zane asked. Aiden looked at him then started to cry again. Zane kneeled down on the ground and hugged him. "You don't have to tell me considering we just met," Zane said. Aiden sat there shocked for a moment then hugged Zane back and continued to cry. After a few minutes Aiden stoped crying and they separated. "Thanks for that. Sorry bout your jacket," Aiden said looking at the jacket. "It will live. Are you alright now," Zane replied. "Yes thank you," Aiden replied then stood up. Zane stood up and took his jacket off then throw it over Aiden's shoulders. "I gotta head back to class. Keep the jacket if you need to talk come find," Zane said. "Thank you. I'll keep that in mind," Aiden replied. "Anytime," Zane said with a smile then left. Aiden stood there for a moment then left the school.

After he left school he went to his favorite place in the woods. Aiden goes to this tree in the forest and sits underneath it to relax. Aiden watched as the animals wondered around the forest floor. After a while he decided he was hungry and went back home. Aiden went inside and checked the time. *Haruka should be out* Aiden thought. Aiden was making him some lunch when he was grabbed from behind. "Ahhh," Aiden said. "Relax i wont hurt you," the person laughed then let him go. "Haruka," Aiden said turning around. "Why are you so surprised," Haruka asked. "I didn't know you were home," Aiden replied. "I was asleep but i heard someone in the house. When did you leave school," Haruka asked. A few minutes ago," Aiden answered. "What you making," Haruka asked. "A sandwich," Aiden answered. "I see that," Haruka said. "I dont need blood everyday like you do," Aiden said. "Aiden," Haruka said. Aiden turned to face Haruka. "Yea," he said. Haruka grabbed Aiden and pulled him into a kiss. Aiden was surprised but kissed him back. After a few minutes Haruka broke the kiss. "I have to go back to the school. I forgot to get my work," Aiden said. "I dont even know why you go. Your a demon. We dont have to go," Haruka said. "It gives me something to do. I'll be back," Aiden said and started to walk towards the door. "I'll go with you Aiden," Haruka said then followed Aiden. Once they arrived at the school Aiden turned to Haruka. "Wait here Haruka. I wont be long," Aiden said then walked off. He went into the school got his work and came back out. On his way out Aiden saw Zane. Aiden walked over to Zane. "Zane right," Aiden asked. "Yep and your name is Aiden," Zane replied. "I just wanted to thank you again for helpin me," Aiden said. "Hey no problem. Are you alright you look sad," Zane replied. "Yes im alright," Aiden said. Just then Haruka approached them. "Aiden we need to go," Haruka said. "Right bye Zane," Aiden said then went with Haruka. "See you," Zane replied. "Aiden," Haruka said. "Yes Haruka," Aiden replied. "Who was that," Haruka asked. "That was Zane. He's a friend," Aiden replied. When they got home Aiden went up to his room and and grabbed some clothes. He walked to bath to take a shower. "Hey Aiden," Haruka said from the doorway. Aiden jumped dropping his clothes then turned around. "Did i scare you," Haruka laughed. "Just a little," Aiden replied picking up his clothes. "You getting in the shower," Haruka asked. "I was going to why you need something," Aiden replied. "Yea run to the store for me and get something for me," Haruka said. "What do you want me to get," Aiden asked putting his clothes in the bathroom then walking over to Haruka. Haruka grabbed Aiden and whispered in his ear. Aiden's face turned bright red. "I'll go to the store now," Aiden said embarrassed then ran out of the house.

Once in town Aiden went to the store and got what Haruka asked for. As he was walking someone bumped into him knocking him to the ground. "Sorry i wasn't looking where i was walking are you alright," Zane said helping the person up. "Its alright," the person replied. "Aiden," Zane said. Aiden looked up at Zane. "Oh Zane hey," Aiden said with a smile. "Hey how you doing," Zane replied. "Im doing good you," Aiden answered. Zane handed Aiden what he dropped on the ground. "Here," Zane said. "Ah thanks," Aiden replied and took the item. Zane laughed at Aidens reaction. "Umm.. Zane do you have a phone," Aiden asked. "Huh yea do you want my number," Zane replied. "Yes if that's alright," Aiden said. Aiden didnt realize his face was red. "Let me see your phone and i will give you my number," Zane said. Aiden gave Zane his phone and Zane entered his number. "Message me anytime. I gotta go im meeting a friend. Take care of yourself," Zane said while laughing. "Huh thanks. Talk to you later," Aiden said. Zane started to walk away when he stopped and turned around. "By the way Aiden your face is red," Zane said with a smile then started to walk away again. Aiden ran from there and went home. "Haruka i got it," Aiden said walking inside. "Good," Haruka replied. Once he was inside he shut the door Haruka took the bag from him. Haruka through the bag aside and pined Aiden to the wall. "Took you longer than i thought. Did you talk to someone on your way back," Haruka asked. "No," Aiden replied. "Aiden dont lie to me," Haruka said. "Someone bumped into me and i fell to the ground," Aiden replied. "Who," Haruka said getting angry. "I..it w..was an ac..ci...dent he did..nt see me," Aiden said shaking. "The name Aiden," Haruka said angrily. "It was Zane. Haruka please calm down," Aiden replied. Haruka let go of Aiden then went towards the door. "Haruka where are you going," Aiden asked. "Dont worry bout it," Haruka said then left. Aiden stood there for a moment then went to his room. After it has gotten dark Haruka came home and saw Aiden was asleep. He layed beside Aiden then fell asleep.
