A new life

They were fighting like wild beasts, but one can tell that Anabus was holding back from hurting Kana, and it seems that Kana was losing to him. The fight was going on for some time, but no one seemed to be stopping the fight Kana was losing and Anabus barely sweat. He was dodging every attack with a smile on his face as Kana was losing it.

   “ We are sworn enemies now Anabus you mess my hair up”.

“No problem, Lady Kana.” He smiles and turns to the next person he was going to fight.

     “Hey lady Niko, daughter of count Neim of the west age, you made it cause your father is a good man”.

“Why thank you, Lord decay,” She said, walking in the imperium.

      “That was not fair.” One yelled in the crowd.

“Lady Sakura, daughter of Marquis Sahi of the Southwest border, is going home for telling me what is fair and what is not”.  He said coldly.

      Next was the daughter of Archduke Sein Lady Hina, age eighteen.

“Come up here and draw your sword, lady Hina show me what My dad taught you”. He said in a hasty manner.

    “Oh watch me, watch you, watch me beat you”. She said with confidence, but somehow she did not stand a chance.

     “You catch up with my speed, you will be using the palace on the right to Lady Kana’s palace, all of you will be friends in no time weirdos”.

     She entered the emperor’s imperium to find her palace.

“You were awfully good to her. What about me”? Someone said.

   “Oh why hello she is like my little sister, I am always going to be good to her anyway all of you come at me at once, I am too lazy to take all of you one by one,” Anabus said, knowing he already won.

After a long time, it was time for Anabus to decide who made it.

     “All of you ladies, combined, couldn't land a hit on me. And you should know if Lady Hina and Kana combined they would land hits on me, but I am disappointed in you all that is in front of me. If you do not hear your name leave, it means that you have failed to make it into the emperor imperium palaces as a concubine. Miss Akari child of General Len, age 21 you are a little skilled, you made it. Lady Nozomi daughter of Marquess Zenda of the south, age 20 you have made it. Lady Kiyo, daughter of Count Shen of the Northwest, age 21 you have made it. Hitomi, daughter of Duke Herms, age 19, you have made it. Miss Aiya, Daughter of Baron Yuu, age 20 you have made it into the Emperor’s Imperium as a concubine just like your father wanted.  Lady Minori daughter of The Honorable Baronet Kaori, age 18 you made it even if you threw a tantrum before coming here cause you hated sharing a husband, but could not because you are a noble how funny is that.  Lady Fumiko, Grand-Daughter of my least favorite count, retired count Yuley of the west, age 21 you made it, and if you did not hear your name go home.”

    “That was absurd”, some people were whispering.

“Do not forget that in 6 months after 2 concubines have advanced to the top missing 5 highest concubines, there will be two empty palaces where we choose 2 more concubines now off you go to polish your skills, be back in 6 months”.

      Everyone left, and now it was time to sort everything in the palace and everyone was going to live a new life. And no one knew what it was going to be like.
