David : Alex's w......why did have to be y.... you maybe just some manga loving geek but still Alex why did you have to die.

as David's look down with a depressed face and began to remember the good time when they little and bad times when kept complaining to Alex's not having a job

David : I miss the good days we had when we were little when we use to play at the park and play games I wish that I could've make good memories with you always telling you to get a job always kicking you until you wake up I'm sorry

David began to cry from all his memories and regrets he had during those years with Alex's if only he had been a good brother to him

David : sniff sniff nggggghh sniff god....dammit

from all David's crying he began to drink alcohol david was to tired he laid his head on the table on slept for only 2 hours and wakes up with a headache

David : ugh ahhhhhh dammit my had (sigh) I need to get some aspirins

he goes to the bath room cabinet and took 3 pills and drank water

David : (gulp) that should help for a bit at least for now for now i just want to TV but first I'll get dinner first

he goes to the fridge to see what he should get something to eat he gets at least two pepperoni pizza and a coke for dinner

David : alright I guess I'll this for cold pizza and a coke

David turned on the TV to watch movies but it was the news base on Alex's getting hit with a car.

news reporter : hi this is fox's news here reporting on you live we know what happened the day of the crash of a 18 year old that died in a hit and run and trial of the suspect let's talk to Casey.

casey : hi I am outside the of courthouse they are saying that charges have been dropped and he's being released on trial and walking away from courthouse house

David look stunned as he heard that the suspect is being released from trial and walks free.

David What?

David face stunned look slowly began to look angry and throw his plate and pizza on the ground.

David : why?! whyyyy!!! how could someone like him get away with something! like that.

David thought run wild as he is trying calm down from the death of his death own brother he had to look for the suspect day and nighttime none stop all over the city his car filled with trash and bottles he began to ask stranges about the suspect trying his best to describe him when he did they told him where he lives finally the suspect that killed his brother he approach the apartment of the man that killed his brother the suspects place

David: finally the son a bitch I've been looking for the past 9 days finally.

David takes out a baretta 9 from his glove compartment and check's his magazine to see how many rounds he's got

David : I've got at least a full mag I need to at least leave one for me

David started to remember the day of trial of how suspect got away with murder and begins to feel anger wailing up inside of him with a sinister look.

David : I'll never forgive the day the day that the bastard took my brother away from me and walked free like it was nothing

David began to get out of the car with jacket on and hood over his head and gone up on appartment number 102 and knocks on the door

The bastard that took his brother life opens the door

suspect : is there something I can help you my dude?

David began to ask him his name

David : Are you Joshua

David pulls out the gun and points it at his had and tell him to get inside with him

David : get in the fucking appartment with me now

David keeps pointing the gun at him and tells him to lock the door and sit on the coach

David : lock the door now !

joshua : okay I'm doing it

David : now sit on the coach

joshua sits on the the coach

David asks joshua who he is?

David you know who I am

joshua : no should I..I..I don't even who you are

David explains about two weeks ago how the driver killed someone named alex

David : two weeks ago there was boy crossing the street 18 years old he was killed by a driver the boy that was killed was Alex's.

joshua began to realize who the person pointing he gun at him is?

joshua : no i..it can't be your his brother look just look i know what i did was wrong but it was fair trial!

David : fair? fair! you want to talk about fair why do you get to walk away free why did you take my brother from me!!?

David hits him back of the head with a gun

david (smack)

joshua : agggggh!!

joshua began to laughed at david and says the truth in his eyes

joshua : ahahahahahahaha!! ahaaaa!.......because it was easy for me it's not my fault your brother was a damn fool for saving a girl that bitch.

David couldn't contain his rage any longer and end his life

David : you think its fucking !!!! funnyyy!!!! haaa!! you fucking! sick **** go to hell !!

David pulls the trigger 8 times

David's gun ( bang,bang,bang,bang,bang,bang,bang,bang)

he took a few quick breaths

David : pant..pant ...pant (thinking) I finally did it even so I'll going to prison for right now

David points the gun by the side of his head

David ( thinking) I'll be able to see you once more

David pulls the trigger as his blood splattered nexts by the furniture his body lays in the ground lifeless.
