MY FAMILY

My parents, my little sister and I are a happy family living in the forest. Even though we live in the forest, we are having a little trouble with food. Because mother said that our food supply is running low. Until finally my sister and I decided to take a walk around the house to forget the hunger we are feeling right now. While walking for a walk, we suddenly found a group of adults who were gathered and eating a lot of meat while warming themselves using the bonfire that had been set up.

Finally, my sister and I ran back to the house to tell our parents in the hope that our parents could get some food. The expressions on our parents' faces changed from gloomy to enthusiastic. Our parents were getting ready to leave while my sister and I were ordered to guard the house. About an hour passed we waited patiently, finally our parents came home with a large supply of food. Mom decided to make meat soup for dinner. However, my little sister did not agree with the menu that mom wanted to make. She looks annoyed because mom did not agree to make her favorite menu. Mom just smiled and ordered my sister and I to help her. My sister and I were in charge of making soup, mother cut the meat into pieces, and father kept a good supply of food in the basement of our house. Finally, our family can have dinner with satisfaction and we can close the day with a smile.

The next day, our parents get ready to set off in the morning into the forest to look for wood stocks. My sister approached my mother and said that her stomach was trembling. Then mother smiled and said "After we finish looking for wood, mom will cook a lot of food for you". Then my sister smiled and nodded. Dad always told us one thing before leaving us at home. Dad said, "If anyone comes to see the basement of our house, take care of them quickly and don't let them go to the basement. Because they are bad people who want to take our food supplies". After that, my father smiled and kissed us as a farewell.

When I was relaxing in my room, my sister suddenly ran to my room with a panicked face while telling me that someone was carrying a gun towards our house. Then I immediately looked at my bedroom window to make sure that my sister was not kidding. It turned out that what my sister said was not a joke. The man in the uniform was carrying a gun and was walking toward our house. Then I ordered my sister to take a knife as a weapon to protect myself, while I continued to watch the man through the window. Then I took the knife and I hid it in my pants. After that, I ordered my sister to hide in the wardrobe in my room. I, as a brother, will take care of this matter.

Not long after, the man knocked on the door of the house, and I opened the door with a calm and smile so that the man wouldn't know my true feelings. The man looked friendly and asked where my parents were. I tell that my parents are cooking in the kitchen so that the man would not dare to mess around and come into our house. The man seems to smell my lie. He smiled and asked permission to enter our house. I insisted on rejecting the man's request. Finally the man looked annoyed and forced his way into our house. It seems that my small body is inferior to his body.

The man entered my house and found the basement door of our house. And suddenly there was a loud noise coming from the basement. The man asked me "Hey little boy, what happened in the basement of your house?". I was just silent because I didn't want the man to take away our food stock. The man looked annoyed and decided to immediately open the basement door.

When he grabbed the basement door handle, I immediately stabbed my knife into the man's leg. He screamed in pain and fell. Then the man took out his gun in anger while saying "I'm going to shoot you damn little boy!". I immediately shouted "Hey Lily! Aren't you hungry? Come here quickly, it's time for breakfast!". The man was silent and confused. My sister immediately came out of the wardrobe and ran madly towards the man. My sister bit the guy's neck and I stabbed the knife several times into the man's stomach until he was done.

My sister was very happy to eat those guy’s raw brain. It’s her favorite menu. I was relieved because the bad guy who wanted to take our food had failed to carry out his action. I am sure our parents will be very proud to see our courage.
