Episode 5

More time went by as soon as I knew it.

“Fetch, dog”

These two have still been rude and annoying.

Hwanseong: “Well done, good doggie.”

Hwanseok: “You shouldn’t even call her a dog, she not worthy to be called that.”

Hwanseong: “Then lets call her a mutt from now on.”

I start giggling innocently, the pain will not show no matter what. You have no idea how much contempt that I have for you two now. When mother reads to me, I sit in her lap trying to read the text too.I stared at every line and rectangle because that was the only possible way I could learn what it was like to live outside of the palace. The book’s weren’t written in Korean, but for some reason I was able to read it nevertheless. I found a piece of paper and a pencil. At that moment, I was dying to see Jingsu. I have no idea why. However, I found that even with my fuzzy memory, I could vividly imagine and remember what Jingsu looked like. I took my piece of paper and tried to write I miss you in Korean but I needed up writing something totally different. Since I can understand what I wrote, I must have written it correctly.

Mother: “No way, you wrote that whole thing”

“Tadaaaa!”

I then wrote mommy is pretty on the paper. Hmmm.. they might be thrown off by me being able to write so well, considering that I can’t even walk. So I should hide my full potential just to be safe. So I intentionally spelled some words wrong, this should at least prove that I’m not just an average baby girl.

I don’t think that I have any magical powers, so I should at least show how smart I am. Frankly, I’m not actually a genius. But to them I probably seem like one because I am a baby.

“Father”: “What’s this?

You scumbag!!!

“Father”: “Who wrote this?

Come on I know you’re impressed. I am unique to any other infant girl that you have ever seen before.

“Father”: “I can’t even read what this says.

*Shocked. Hey I’m a baby shouldn’t you be impressed. Such a lame reaction. Could you have done this when you were a baby?

Mother: “No infant could write as clearly as you did when you were one.”

Okay genius who the heck were you???! This man is the absolute hardest to entice... but he will be very useful to be on my side. *crawls over to the scumbag

“Father”: “Such a nuisance.” *Kick. Huh, very interesting. I thought that she would annoy me more by crying like all girls do.

Hang in there my little self. You must endure it for the sake of my plan.” *hehe

Mother: “She’s smart just like you.”

“Father”: Ehh, but she’s still just a girl.

Haha! Just wait till I win you over!
