Chapter 1: The encounter

"H-help... Make it stop!" Tomura woke up in a cold sweat, shaking and barley able to move. His nightmares had become more frequent recently causing insomnia. "Young tomura, are you alright?" Kurogiri stood in the doorway, his bright yellow eyes lit up the room. Tomura stayed silent and wrapped himself up in his frayed blanket. "Another nightmare?" Kurogiri stepped in the dark room glancing at the trash sprayed across the floor and sat down next to Tomura. "Im fine, i dont need you here you know." he knew this wasn't true. His voice sounded shaky and there was a sense of fear in his tone. "Look, i'm just here to inform you that we have visitors today." Kurogiri stated. "visitors?" tomura hissed. "Yes visitors, Giran has found two new people to recruit." Tomura started scratching at his neck vigorously. "This better not be waste of time."

"What's their ages?"

"The girl is seventeen, the man in his early twenties, he refuses too give us much more information then that."

Tomura rolled his eyes, "Sounds like a douche" he said scratching more and more at his neck.

He got up, chucked on some ragged, dirty clothes off his floor and made his way to meet kirogiri at the bar.

"You are here quicker than i expected tomura, are you excited to meet them?". Tomura glared at Kurogiri and looked over at the figures standing in the doorway. Giran stepped inside closing the door behind him. In front of him stood two people. A young girl with blonde hair in two messy buns and a tall dark man with what seemed to be scars covering most of his face. They seemed old and a purple-redish colour as a result.

The tall, dark man seemed to bring back some childhood memories for tomura, creating a sick feeling in the bottem of his stomach.

"I want these guys out of here, its like everything i hate is stood before me. A bratty highschool girl and a rude guy." He glared at them, his crimson eyes gave off an intimidating stare.

Kurogiri stepped over "Now, now, Tomura at least hear them out first before throwing them under the buss like that." Tomura rolled his eyes in agreement.

Giran smirked and motioned his hand towards the young girl "First we have this cute high school girl, she is on the run and having to keep a low profile. She has convicted many crimes to do with blood lost." Tomura glaced at her, yeah she was cute but the blood lust in her eyes was quite worrisome.

"Im Toga, Toga Himiko!" Her high pitched voice caused ringing in tomura's ears. "I want to be just like Mr Stainy! So please let me join tomura-kun!" Tomura looked at her in disgust, "what is she insane?"

He then glaced over at the guy. Giran motioned his hand again but this time in front of the guy.

"Now we have what seems to be a cold-hearted maniac, he hasnt convicted too flashy of a crime, unless you count burning people alive with blue flames." "You can call me Dabi."

Tomura scoffed. "whats your real name?"

"You will know that information when the times right."

Tomura look furious, "This guy cant even give me the basics, its infuriating." He lifted his hand towards Dabi's face, Dabi did the same thing sparking small embers from his palms. Toga pulled out her kinfe to add to the fight. Kurogiri manged to form portals just in time before someone got hurt. He leaned over to tomura." They could be usful you know."

Tomura stormed off slamming the door behind him, leaving everyone confused. They heard a voice come from the corner of the room. "He had a nice *** though right." All the attention was on Dabi who made to comment "What? I can't appreciate a mans ***?" He smirked. Everyone was shcoked "I-I think thats enough for one day, I speak for tomura when i say they can be a great asset to the team, we will inform you with our desision later on."

Dabi who wasn't satisfied with the response to his comment left the bar following behind Toga and Giran. Leaving Tomura and kurogiri to think of a desision.
