chapter 2: The flower of the empire

it have been 3 years ever since the princess was sealed inside her bedroom untouched. An unexpected event happened while everyone was not expecting it on the banquet. No one could tell exactly what is happening because of the shock. Ever since \`that' day the princess never showed herself to the society again and so no one question because no answer will be given even if they determined to. Even the evil infamous Duke also curious about the princess but he could not just briefly ask the emperor in the face about his daughter. Every time anyone mentioned about her the king would always act really sad and depressed about it so after his expression showed everyone keeps silence and change the subject every time after asking, they assume that the princess might be in some troubles or probably having a difficult time to make the king look like that. some ladies spread the rumor about \`where is the flower of the society?'. but those are just meaningless rumours, none of them were true the king never declined or declare about his daughters being cursed. the only thing the emperor ever said to the other people while they asked about it his daughter is \`why are you so interested in my daughter?'

It was inconvenient because right now no one ever think about the princess ever since even if they know they will still kept it in their heart locked inside, they cannot show to the others fake rumors about the royalty.

"oh dear! I shouldn't talk like that in the banquet if they catch you, your tongue will be cut out." said a lady.

"today is the princess 10th birthday banquet, where is the flower of the party? is she too shy to show up? HAHAHA!" said count Gilbert.

"Hey! stop saying non-sense, our princess is preparing herself!" said lady Chimara.

" Hah! if you think so, haven't showed up for 3 years now! we only want to see her precious face but it seems like she still hiding under the palace protection. " said countess Gilbert.

"don't act so ignorant when you are talking about the princess!" said Duchess Viterna.

" yeah! you still need to watch your words countess and count! " said lady Elmini.
