Chapter 5: Lycoris's Plan (i)

Sinan says in excitement suddenly, "Eureka! Eureka! I've found it! I've got it!"

Lycoris just looks at what her old good father was doing.

He says to himself again, "I've finally found a much easier way to produce weapons after an years research!" He continues was taking another look at what he had just made, "This potion can generate an identical looking object when poured on the the shadow of that object!" He said pouring the tranparent liquid potion on the shadow of a sword, "Now I can make many more weapons in less time and fulfill Zeus's wish!"

Lycoris gets an idea from that suddenly.

While her old father was busy exploring more, she quietly took one small bottle of the potion and went back.

...{At the Planet Sun}...

She wanted to be able to go near her husband and feel love badly, so she was ready to do anything now even if it was to leave her loved ones for 10 years and go. She was ready to decide them to get love.

She slowly opened the bottle which contained that liquid potion.. She was scared.. She was confused whether to do what she was thinking or to quit.

Nevertheless, she opened the bottle slowly.

She then slowly and hesitantly walked near to a lamp lit with fire and towards the window so that she could produce a clearer shadow. She tuned back to look at her shadow.

She slowly and very much hesitantly poured the liquid little by little on her shadow.

She could see that a glowing figure that looked like a ball rose up from her shadow. That glowing figure soon turned into a figure of a beautiful lady with bright face and gentle eyes yet the body was glowing.

The glow went slowly and an exact figure as Lycoris could be seen standing with a expressionless face. A smile of happiness and relief formed on Lycoris's face.

Lycoris said to her, "My Shadow! I've given birth to you for a speacail reason!"

The shadow bowed to her and smiled.

"From now on till ten years, you have to stay in my place and take care of all my duties."

"It will be done my Madam Lycoris" said Lycoris's shadow.

"And remember one thing, don't try to go near Lord Apollo."

"Yes My Madam"

"You see that tree?" Lycoris said pointing towards a tree outside the window, "It gives fruits. You see its shadow? It's shadow can stick along with the tree and do its job. But it can't give fruits like the tree. So, remember your place."

"I will my Lady. I promise"

"Yeah, and no one should feel my absence-"

She stops suddenly because Apollo comes in. Lycoris quickly hides.

Apollo says, "Lycoris! The war is over dear."

Lycoris's shadow just stays still and doesn't know what to do.

"I am sorry dear, I might have hurt your feelings today morning. I didn't mean it."

She still doesn't utter a word and is scared.

"You are still angry with me?"

She moves back to avoid him.

Lycoris was watching all this from a distance, behind the curtains.

Apollo comes near her and puts his hand on her shoulder and says with a sigh, "I am sorry dear, please forgive me."

She is still mute.

Apollo realizes something, he suddenly and very quickly withdraws his hand from her shoulder so that her shoulder doesn't burn.

But he noticed that there was no reaction and no burning due to his heat. He got a bit surprised and asked, "Have you already found the solution? You've become prone to my heat?" He was a bit happy because of this.

She still remains mute.
