Episode Five

So for the last twelve years... I've been living with the human embodiment of the devil!!! He figured out my tail and ears on the first day when he brought me home...

He took me home on our first meeting, taught me his language, "trained" me as he likes to say, learned about the human world, and became Damon's... pet.

Not willingly at first... but the collar he got me grown on me, even though he had a top magician to put a seal on it so I can never take it off myself, it's the perfect size. Its made of gold and has a baby blue gem in the middle. Just like a fancy choker I suppose.

Damon is a cold, inconsiderate, merciless, cruel, and devilish human being in others eyes. But to me, he's annoyingly clingy, strict, sly, and nosy.

So I became the pet of the Gem Household...

And today, the day i've been dreading, Damon is bringing me to a banquet at the Royal Palace.

"Are you ready?" Damon came into our room, all dressed up in a fancy suit, with a masquerade mask on. "Do I not look ready?" I barked out, glaring at him as I uncomfortably tried to loosen the collar of my button down shirt.

Damon smirked. "It's because you don't like wearing clothes, but it's nice to see you all dressed up, I just wanna lock you up and hide you from the world." I rolled my eyes  at this. I'm just happy that I learned how to control my ears and tail popping out. Mostly, at least.

Whenever I get extremely emotional, then I lose control over my ears, and my power, but the new seal that Selena put on my forehead in the shape of nine tails, is kinda hard to hide, but because it looks like a fox celestial seal, no one should know it's actually from a kitsune.

'Come on Greta and Carmen. Let's go' The grey fox I picked up which is only a fifth level spirit and the baby phoenix that almost crushed my shoulder, are still by my side. Of course Phoenix's grow to be humongous creatures, he has the ability to shape shift since he's a seventh level spirit.

In this world, the animals have three stages with nine steps each. First being an animal one through nine. Then after they get strong enough which is extremely rare, they can become spirits, after spirits is Celestial beasts.

Greta hopped around my shoulder, while Carmen turned into a Phoenix pendent. I grabbed my golden mask and placed it carefully around my face. It was a full gold mask, covering all my facial features. Which is good, seeing how I am the seventh prince who was said to have died.

While Damon has no clue what I really am, or who I am, he still decided to bring me to the palace after twelve years. I suppose it's time to debut and take revenge for the boy who owned this body and his mother that was murdered by his step mother.
