Episode Four

When we reached the awful human village, I asked the grey wolf if she wanted to come with me. 'Yes' She answered for the first time. I was surprised and smiled warmly. I gently picked her up and put her on my shoulder.

I think the other spirits got jealous because some shiny bird landed on my other shoulder. It was so heavy too! 'Shrink you big toad!' I said as the bird gripped my shoulder harder.

But surprisingly, the stubborn bird listened, and shrunk to a smaller form. The bird better not light me on fire.

I walked out of the forest safety, and took my first step into the human village. Every human stopped and stared, as the forest animals stood by my side, more to come. Gossip soon left their lips, whispering to one another.

I can't understand them! What language are they speaking? Why aren't they talking in celestial language?! Ugh! So annoying!

I waved my hand, and told the forest animals to go back to the forest safety. 'Humans are dangerous, thank you for your escort, but your safety is dearly of importance to me' I said calmly, and they listened, they slowly retreated behind forest lines, and stood there, watching these humans. Like we were putting on a show or something to entertain them. Disgusting.

When the villagers were gossiping, a kid broke through the group of humans and ran towards me. A man in a white and black suit tried to grab his hand to catch him, but he was no match for the sly little boy. The kid had longish dark blue hair, and baby blue gem eyes. He was wearing really nice clothes, so is he what Selena calls a young master?

The boy stood in front of me, staring me in the eyes with his blue gem eyes, looking up into my eyes. I couldn't help but stare back into his, my head tilted a little. He's shorter then me, by a whole head. Selena always said I was bigger then most kids my age though. His eyes are so big, bright shiny blue gems as eyes...

My hand moved unconscious, slowly reaching up and brushing his long hair out of his face. Wow, his eyes are really pretty under the sun light. The boy blushed lightly, and pushed his head closer to my hand. His skin is really cold, is he sick?

I snapped out of it when the whispers invaded my ears once more. I brought my hand back as fast as I could, glaring at the boy. Why did I touch this human boy?!

The boy looked disappointed and angry. It was the total opposite of his warm smile that he had up until now. His demeanor is so... cold! The boy yelled something, and the villagers looked away with guilt on their faces.

Still angry, the boy grabbed my hand and put it back on his cheek. He stared into my eyes pleadingly, begging to be pet?
