Class photograph

I lived like that....always quiet....not interested in anything....days passed like wind and it was my last day in the city.

It was our farewell and all the students were requested to join the farewell party as it would have been the last meeting for the people who would be going away.

Even though I wasn't actually interested I still went, just with the last hope to see him

...only see him.

I packed my bags , ate my breakfast wore a black leather jeans and a white loose t-shirt, I had a cool yet hot look and like this I drove to my school accompanied by my two big bags and Lily who actually wanted to see me off as she was quiting her job.

After reaching school I parked my car, and went inside with Lily, leaving my bags inside my car. I took Lily to show around the school, after half an hour, we went inside the auditorium where other students were enjoying, talking to their favourite teachers, making memories with their friends by **** pictures, dancing, singin and making the day most memorable....whereas I stayed with Lily and talked a little bit.

In my surprise, in that hour I couldn't find Jack even for once, I didn't ask anybody about his whereabouts....I just looked around in search of his face for once. Only once before I leave. " Lily let's go to the cafeteria", I said turning back and slowly walking with lily by my side.

After entering, I made lily sit on one of the seats and went to order my life long favourite Dalgona Coffee.

"Two cup Dalgona Coffee and one chocolate mousse" I said to the person on the counter,

"Yes ma'am" he answered.

After two minutes our coffee and my mousse arrived, we devoured it slowly and chatted.

After finishing we got up, I sighed, then walked towards the door of the cafeteria. I halted just after the gate passed, my eyes enlarged and Lily got shocked and halted with me. She took a glance at me then Jack who was standing in front of us.

She smiled and patted my shoulder while she said " I'll be waiting outside you both talk. Okay." I looked at her and nodded in approval, and just like that she left us. I saw her going away- avoiding Jack's gaze at me.

I tilted my head down, hiding the sadness which was totally revealing on my face.

"Hi" I said in a low voice, looking down, waiting for him to reply. "Why are you leaving so fast? The celebration isn't over yet" he said in a calm tone. It gave me a releaf that he wasn't angry anymore, "Oh actually I have to go no-", " You have to go? wait are you planning a revenge for me?!" he

interrupted,

it actually gave a big shock when I heard his words, I instantly looked at him, my mind going upside down by his expression as he had his left eyebrow arched up and his eyes tensed at mine.

I couldn't recognise to as if he was being sarcastic or realistic. I gulped and said with a tensed look "No! why....why would I do that", " Oh I thought that you would, as I.....ignored for a long time" he said with a sad smile on his face.

I was unable to process his words, 'did he just smiled and said that he ingnored me' I asked my mind. After a moment I guessed that we were going smooth so I said with a bright smile " Ah.. no more revenges now.....it's better to not hurt anymore people", he smiled to it and I looked down, feeling guilt rising inside my heart.

I asked stressing my eyes towards the direction of the auditorium " So...are you not going inside?", " Yeah I am..." he replied.

"Ok...good so I.....am going now.....bye maybe we may get a chance to meet soon, haha" I said talking a final look at him, then I stared to walk past him.

Just when I was about to pass through, he held my hand making me stop with a shock, I didn't turn back just when he said "I am going in with you!" , I turned back with a surprise "What?!" I exclamation in shock.

He tightened his grip on my wrist " Please stay for some time..." he asked me with a begging face which was not in my limits to ignore. " Ok....but I have a flight in an hour", I said with a staright but connfused face,

"It's ok you won't be late for it just come with me once", he said and stared dragging me to the auditorium

After reaching the auditorium....he took me to a side where a lot of people were standing posing towards the camera which was focusing on them. "You can't forget the class photograph right?!" he exclaimed in excitement, I smiled and replied " Of course not".

After taking the pictures, we both came out of the auditorium with the class photograph in our hands. "This is last photograph of our school days" I said staring at the photograph with a smile.

"Yeah" he said staring at me, with that we both came out of the school, after a moment I realised that Jack was actually still with me. " Won't you go inside", I asked with a confused look, " Actually I have to go to the airport too, I have a flight too" he replied with a smile.

I gave a surprised look to him to which he said " Haha what I am also leaving this city", I got even more shocked and a feeling of sadness rose in my heart. " Oh that's good " I replied while looking away.

" So I am taking out my car, you also take out your car then we'll leave together" he said stepping towards his car.

I went inside my car where Lily was already waiting for me. I buckled my seatblet while I explained what I and Jack did inside, then I stared my car, coming out of the parking lot and driving towards the exit of the lane where Jack was already waiting for me.

" Let's go", he shouted from his car to which I nodded as a yes.
