MTGC Available Post are Follows~

Secretary of Head

No. of person needed- 01

•It is a person employed by the head, to assist with correspondence, make appointments, and carry out administrative tasks.

Editor

No. of persons needed -2

•An editor is the person who will be the incharge of a novels and will decides what will be published in each update of it. An editor is a person who checks and corrects texts before they are published. a role as editor is important in a department or community, so that one can look at a piece of writing objectively.

Assistant Editor

No. of persons needed -2

•An assistant editor is responsible for supporting the editor-in-chief for the updation of novels or any other graphic related works. for example, His role is supportive, but also authoritative in that he can oversee his own editorial section, such as his own novel, feature stories or works etc.

Manager

No.of persons needed -2

•The primary role of a manager is to ensure the daily functioning of a department or group of members. Most thr head expect their managers to interview, hire, and train new employees. Motivates as a leader. Manager motivates members and creates an environment where members thrive and works efficiently.

Assistant Manager

No. of persons needed-2

•An Assistant Manager generally helps a manager keeping the community running smoothly by taking on some managerial tasks, such as overseeing members or providing customer service. A main responsibility of an Assistant Manager is to act in the role of a manager in the manager's absence

Advertising Head

No. of persons needed-2

•Assists the Editor in the development of an advertising content related to the community or department, under the inspection of advertising head.

Advertiser Executive

No. of persons needed-2

•The advertising executives works on the advertising of the drafts that have been prepared by the advertising editor. The main motto of the executive is to aware the members around or inside the community about what is going inside the community whether be it new events, activities or tasks. Agent have to make sure that the news about any event should reach to everyone

Adviser

No. of persons needed-2

An adviser gives ideas for new topics and suggest how we can make our events and department better .

Designer

No.of persons needed-3

•A designer is a person who plans the look or workings of something prior to it being made, by preparing drawings or plans. More formally, a designer is an agent that "specifies the structural properties of a design object". In the community the designer will be responsible for the development of covers, posters, logos or advertising poster or any graphical representation which will be required by the community or department.

Treasurer

No. of person needed - 01

A treasurer looks after the prizes and gifts(points and other factors) and supervise the well being. They are responsible for the exchange of prizes.

Reporter

No. of Person needed- 01

A Reporter is a person,who will report each everything in detail to Department head, about whatever things going inside the group..

MTDC Rules And Regulations~

•By no means, any core member or department member is allowed to take any advantage of the community's name.

•All members or core members are expected to behave nicely.

•Disrespect towards any religion, person, name or gossip about any other community wont be accepted.

•Any rude behaviour outside the community by using the community's name or your post wont be accepted.

.All are expected to live happily and treat everyone humbly.

•This community is your responsibility, so make sure you drive the community towards a positive development.

•Dont believe any fake rumours about any event being holded, unless it is informed by the community officials.

•Lastly be a humble human and help each other towards a positive development.

So,If you are accepting all rules and regulations, and wants to be a part of MTGC then Follow below mentioned accounts~

This two are MTGC Main accounts, Kindly Follow them For Interview~

•People are allowed to comment down if they are interested for a certain post.

•They are only allowed to join 'one' community if they want to be a core or Department member, but they can participate in various events organised by different communities~

•The recruitment starting date is today i.e 31th May 2021 and will be ending at 4th June 2021~

•No forms would be accepted after 3rd June 2021..

These are the basic information for interview,so if you want to be a member of MTGC.. Kindly fillup the necessaries..

Anyone of any Gender can apply for Same, There isn't any Gender Discrimination Just Because It's Girl's Club...
