What is the reason for gender inequality ?? and why always it's girls who is not treated equally in our society?? Elaborate it.

Answer: Uneven access to education, Around the world, women still have less access to education than men, Lack of employment equality, Only 6 countries in the world give women the same legal work rights as men. In fact, most economies give women only ¾ the rights of men, One of the causes for gender inequality within employment is the division of jobs; In most societies, there’s an inherent belief that men are simply better equipped to handle certain jobs. Most of the time, those are the jobs that pay the best. This discrimination results in lower income for women, Of all national parliaments at the beginning of 2019, only 24% of seats were filled by women, women still have to fight for birth control coverage on insurance while men often have access to erectile dysfunction medication is an outrage, It would be impossible to talk about gender inequality without talking about racism. It affects what jobs women of color are able to get and how much they’re paid, as well as how they are viewed by legal and healthcare systems, The pay gaps between white women and women of color continues that legacy of discrimination and contributes to gender inequality; It’s less tangible than some of the other causes on this list, but the overall mindset of a society has a significant impact on gender inequality. How society determines the differences and value of men vs. women plays a starring role in every arena, Beliefs about gender run deep and even though progress can be made through laws and structural changes, there’s often a pushback following times of major change. These types of mindsets prop up gender inequality and delay significant change, These were some reasons of gender inequality.

To be honest, It's not only women who doesn't get treated equally, Men too get sometimes treated unequally but women more, There's not a certain reason that why females get treated unequally...There are many reasons, like for millions of years, except in few matriarchal societies, the man has always been considered the head of the family. The provider-role he played was always seen superior to the nurturer-role that women played in a family. The man’s decision was always the final word. Gender parity was not a norm in families across societies and even now, People tend to Think this way, If societies, us, change our way of Thinking then Things will change, It'll take Time but It will Çhange

Why women self protection is needed?? And as you have mentioned about the tools that women needs to protect themselves, what do you think if there's any situation in which they don't have any tools at that time how can she protect herself ??

History is the evident of the fact that it's golden pages wouldn't be as revolutionary as they are women that existed,that strived and persisted on for a change, for a difference. A glimpse into these chapters remind us that we have stood up and against barbarian act, we have invented and discovered the unknown. We have chased the most feared. We have done the unbelievable. We have made a change.

The women who have been leaders of this race of change are boundlessly many, the writers, the scientists, the politicians, the mutineers but not today we shall borrow the time to count the glories and honour a few outstanding ones out of them.

The future is about women. Women leading the way for a better world where they can live fulfilling lives, pursuing thier individual dreams and those of their families. The tools of the 21 century---- connectivity access to knowledge, access to each other----are tools of women can and do put to powerful uses.

Through the centuries, women have tried to be equal to men. From their position in the work place to voting rights,in this struggle, this strive, this pain this suffering that has made women so much more capable than they were once believed to be,these have given women the power and ignited the flame that has gone to change the world.

SOME WOMEN ARE MEANT TO CHANGE THE WORLD WHILE OTHERS ARE MEAN TO HOLD IT TOGETHER..........

As you have mentioned"we should be the first one to change and then we should change the world" what do you you think how is it possible?? Answer it in 200 words.....

We say we should treat every gender equally , and after few moments if we saw a transgender we be like - he's / she is odd , and automatically starts to maintain distance from him or her . Just imagine if you suddenly came to know your best friend is gay / lesbein . What will you do ? Stay away from him / her ? If your not a fake friend then maybe no . Comming to straight point as the question is asked ' How can we change first ? ' it's simple treat them as your friend , when you see them instead of stepping far , go talk to them make them feel comfortable , they are humans to . It's not necessary you should always talk but atleast Don't act in that way , that they will feel uncomfortable . Being a teen I don't have experience of inequality in jobs and such things , but I would like to say that give them chance to show their talents , hardwork . Not every common people's like u and me can take big steps against gender inequality . But even small changes in us can change the world . Thank you

How to stop gender Discrimination?

There are ways to reduce gender discrimination. People in old days were very partial towards girls and giving importance to boys giving the girls a low post in every sector. We can stop this by giving examples about girls importance. This can happen when girls prove their intelligence and stand firm on thei decisions and respect themselves. Even the girls should understand that if they want respect from the world then they should respect themselves first.

We should confront gender stereotyping through social platforms. Increasing public consciousness about the extend of incidents of rape,sexual haresing, bad touching and sexual assault is also a solution.

We should also increase the enforcements on the existing laws regarding gender-based employment discrimination. We should increase our voice against the rape cases and stand stiff without being afraid of anyone.

Cuz if we stand together, then no one can harm the women's power. We can do that by raising our voice against such people who don't feel guilty or bad after bad touching or taking any bad advantage of girls.

Other than that, we can also take support from the government NGOs who are also seperate for girl's protection.

Girls can also protect themselves by taking self defense training. If not, there's always someone to help!

Here we increase our confidence, and there, the discrimination of girls will decrease only then.

"God created women with wisdom and courage and that is why some of the women were able to change the point of view of the world." I think that they have succeed in changing the point of view of the world and we the next generation, should also play our roles in this contribution so that the condition of women's around the world can keep on improving.

Let us all take a look back a few decades ago, at that time the living condition of women weren't good at all. They were considered nothing less than insects, to whom they could do anything they want. Even when the condition of women was so poor, where almost all the women had accepted their faith, some didn't, they fought their best against the world which was being dominated by men. Women were the only human being who had to fought for everything in life.

Earlier in the middle ages' women weren't allowed to receive education, because that time the world which was being dominated by women thought that if women received education, they might start to think that they are on the same level as men.

One of the women, who fought for the rights of education for women is Begum Rokeya, because of her contribution women in Bengal where are to receive education. If it wasn't for her, women in Bengal would have still led a terrible live. She was a prove that God has created women with wisdom and courage.

it's only possible when we will educate the society both mentally and physically . Where no male count less on female and not female to so ~ . Education is the only way to stop violation and gender discrimination .

Someone once said " If we are weak and wrong , educate us , don't take advantage of us ".

The way to make her feel safe , be protective not possesive .

She will be proud of you only if you deserve it , make yourself deserve it by respecting everyone and supporting the right one . She will be proud of you , it you could save someone's self-esteem even if she is not your daughter of your girl .

Let's open our eyes and set all the old disgusting mindsets on fire . If she needs you , don't hasitate to help her ~ there're thousands of way to make women suffer but only way to make her feel free , and it's " Unity - Where she is treated as a human else than a women " .

Why in our society girls and boys are not treated equally? What do you think we should do to make our society free from thinking that boys and girls are not equal? Answer the question in 200 words......

Maybe boys and girls in our society aren't treated equally because this is how our ancestors were living like or maybe it's just because all people think boys are stronger than girls and as they say "survival of the fittest" and the destiny of the weak is to be devoured by the strong.. However it's not "always" this or that, something's stay as they are and some change frequently.. And some stay but then change eventually, that's how life goes.. Neither boys nor girls should be treated less or more than the other. I believe that the best way to make our society free from thinking that boys and girls are not equal is to speak up in the name of "humans" and not "women". We all want to love and be loved, have opinions and beliefs and participate in all kinds of social activities, so why should this be depended on being born a boy or a girl? Men should defend women just like women should defend men, we all came to this life like each other, so we need to be together in order to live better. After all, we're all humans, it doesn't matter if the word "boys" came first or "girls" did and it doesn't matter who cooks, cleans and takes care of children and who works in offices all day, in the end, they'll both end up in the same home.
