Chapter 14:The Mountain

Its been a few months since Nataro left the village and snow starts to fall. Nataro has been collecting loots and raiding shinobi camps for the last few months. There is a news recently about an artifact on top of Mt.Arashinome one of the tallest mountain on Nihon which lies in the borders of Shimura and Onigashima. The artifact started reacting 3 years ago but a few months ago the artifact's reaction is stronger than before. For that many shinobi started to suspect that it might be a sacred weapon or a precious artifact. For the last few months many shinobi tries to climb on top of the mountain but due to the extreme weather none of them succeed to obtain it.

Nataro heard about the news and suspect that might be one of the 7 seals, he told Shuten about it but he easily knew that must be one of his seals and insist Nataro to go on the mountain so Nataro has been preparing for the last few months. Its currently winter in Nihon so Nataro doubt that many shinobi would climb during this time so he took this chance.

Nataro is currently in a cave, to warm himself up he lit a campfire. Nataro wore his shinobi outfit, his cloak, and his oni mask and wielded his sword and kunai. "We shall depart on dawn", spoke Nataro. Nataro then decides to sleep for the night in the cave. At morning Nataro goes to the mountain and starts to climb it. On top of the mountain he could see giant dark clouds surrounding the peak but he continues to climb it. For the rest of the day he climbs the mountain, and hunt some animals ,at night he decides to build a campfire and takes some rest. There is not that much trouble that day and he expects the same for the next day but he was wrong.

The next day Nataro decides to wake up when the sun hasn't rise yet and continues to climb the mountain but suddenly he sees a group of shinobi in a camp. Nataro is hides behind a nearby rock "Damn it, I didn't expect there would be other shinobi on the mountain currently". There are 5 shinobi in the camp, 1 of them is probably a jonin. One of the shinobi then speaks "How long should we wait here its been a few hours since we wait for the other squads to come", "The plan was for us to wait for the other squads because we can't handle her only by the 5 of us", the other shinobi replied. "There are 2 more squads who are waiting ahead of us after we meet with the remaining squads here we will meet the other 2 squads", spoke the leader. "Who is she anyway for all of us to wait for all 7 squads to meet up to go against her?", a shinobi asked. "Based on our information she was able to kill all the 3 of our strongest squads so she is most likely a shinobi grandmaster", the leader replied. "a shinobi grandmaster!", one of the shinobi shouted. Then the shinobi continues to argue with the leader to convince them to retreat but the leader insisted to stay.

"If a squad is filled with 5 shinobi so the shinobi grandmaster was able kill 15 shinobi who are most likely a group of chunins and jonins", "And currently they are planning to defeat her by numbers more precisely 35 shinobi against a shinobi grandmaster, the situation is worse than I thought", thought Nataro.
