Chapter 5:

I looked outside and it was already sunset, The sun was slowly setting.

"Sato~kun, Its getting late. We should go home now." i said

he looked outside and then looked at me "Oh your right. Yeah lets go, Ill pay."

"oh no no no, ill pay."i said

"Please let me, A Thank you for being my friend." he said

i sighed and nods. "Thanks" i said.

~A while later~

He walked out of the cafe and said "Lets go, Ill take you home."

"huh...Oh no it's okay, i can go home by myself." i replied

"please, i insist" he said

i had no choice but to agree.

~Few Minutes Later~

Sota's POV

We are walking together to ayame's house.

"sota~kun." ayame called.

"yes?" i replied

"why are you being so kind to me?" she asked.

i was shocked why she asked me that.

i stayed quiet for a bit

and then i finally replied

"Ayame, im not someone who gets along that well with someone, im just like you. i dont have that much friends and nobody really likes me,you see.. when i was younger, i used to get bullied because the way i act, i was a crybaby, as i got older the stronger i get. but there was one girl that became my first friend, she smiled alot and protected me. thats why i decided to protect her with all of my life, i will never let anyone hurt her...and that girl is you, ayame."

i saw her eyes widen, she was speechless.

"ayame, you said you would come back to me, i waited and waited but yoh never came back. so i came here to look for you."

she then ran towards me fast and hugged me. "im sorry, because of what happened to my family, i forgot you." she cried as she begged forgiveness

i hug her back. " from now on, i wont leave anymore" ayame said.

i happily cried and said"Sure, we will stay together forever." we both smiled at each other.

(as a hint for the new story: A girl was walking home when suddenly she saw a glowing tree, it was so pretty. she decided to get close to it. blinded by its beauty, she didn't notice there was a hole and fell. she lost consciousness. when she woke up, she saw a little girl. her hair was pink and has purple eyes. she asked "are you okay,miss??" i jumped. "where am i?" i asked the little girl, she giggled and said "welcome to valerian!" she smiled at me.)
