Episode 8

Ophelia's pov:

I couldn't wait for the week to end as it was my mother's birthday on Saturday but today was Thursday and I had to work. Teng fei was bringing me alot of roses the past days, mom and dad left earlier for work and also my annoying siblings are school. As mom birthday was sunday she asked me to invite my friends including the ones from Asia I made which she's referring to Li jing and Teng fei but I agree anyways.

"Mr. Huang sent you roses and some chocolate" Diana said as I walked in the building "Ugh! he sure knows what she likes" sofia smirked as she gave me the roses and chocolate "Btw mom's birthday is on sunday, she's inviting you guys to her birthday party" I said "What should I get her?" Diana asked "She likes alot of jewelry and clothes" I simply said.

Just then a lady walked in with a sunglasses "Who's Ophelia in here?" I was like terrified if I had did something to her but I can't remember hurting anyone "That's me" I said nervously, she then look at her phone then back at me "You did my cousin makeup Li jing, right?" I nod "I'm Huang Li mei" wait isn't she like that famous Yoga teacher and YouTuber "I need something to shock my YouTube fans as today I'll be interviewing like a celebrity" she sat on the chair "Do you have any recommendations on how I should do your makeup?" I asked "The eyeliner should be like rainbow color and my eye shadow must be like a very dark color to notice the rainbow colors" well this is going to be challenging.

"Do you have a boyfriend?" she asked as I did her makeup "No" I replied "Well I have this cousin who loves his work more than anything, his name is Huang Teng fei" sofia choked on her water "The same guy who loves his work more than anything also like bringing these roses" Diana pointed to me as she showed her the roses "I see he's totally into you because your literally beautiful inside and outside" she winked at me.

After I was done I showed her face in the mirror "OMG! I'm shock, you did some great magic here. I feel so new and more beautiful" she squeal hugging me very tightly "Your welcome" I hug her back. Li mei left after buying some products and paying "Your future cousin-in-law seems nice" sofia teased "Shut up I have a call to make" I said annoyed "Ok, don't mind us" they laughed. I remember when Teng fei gave me his number the time we had lunch, I made the call and waited for him to answer.

Teng Fei's pov:

I was waiting in the waiting area for my spectacles, yep I'm having specs due to me being hours on the computer straining my eyeballs and now I can't see things from a distance. My phone then ring I then picked it up without looking at the callers ID "Hello" I answered "Mr. Hu- I mean Teng fei, are you free on Saturday?" it feel so nice to hear her angelic voice "Yeah, why?" please let it be us alone "Well Saturday is mom birthday so I was wondering if you could come?" well at least I get to see her "Yeah I'll be there" I said "Make sure to bring your sister, bye" she hanged up. I need to take her on a date but first I need to gain her trust.
