Encounter with hooded figure

Chapter - 4

Opening the front door of tavern Adreil came out adjusting the belts on his right thigh, a loud noise of crowd, "THIEF.. THIEF, someone catch her!!!!" collided with his ears. Running in that direction he flashed through the streets on his left side arriving in front of the thief just some meters away.

But something kept him from proceeding any further. It was her face, the face that wasn't letting go of the candi canes in her mouth even after having a giant glass bottle filled with candy canes on her back and restless run she made till now. she was the same girl from tomorrow, the hooded figure. Both became unconfined from the shackles of the time. Where her face became frightened and her eyes were trying to disappear from there, Adriel was frozen like an idol of stone forgetting even the reason he was there for. Not even his eyes were flickering. He was completely in the other world than. Couldn't hear the noise of crowd either. His fantasies with her became wild fire in a dry forest.

His heart bits became romantic music for him.Just before his heart could ce out from his mouth to tell how fantasizing it all was, a bystander bumped into him shattering his fantasies and opening way for the reality just to know that the beautiful girl in front was a THIEF.

He gulped the saliva James in his mouth till now and became aware of the situation in front. Blocking her only way out he stood a meter away from her. He stopped the yelling shopkeepers and the crowd helping them. No one could afford to make him angry. although he wasn't the type of person to take advantage of his power. His real nature was that of a loving person believing in truth, finding happiness in others and trying to make everyone happy with a cute smile always on face.

But the ones who don't knew the language of love and care, he made them understand it their way. The way that most people don't like.

"hey, stop right there." pronounced adriel dictatively managing the situation, Coming between the thief and crowd raising his right hand facing the enraged but submissive crowd in front.

"How much does it cost?" he asked nobly

"What this whole thing you mean?" the long mustached merchant leading the crowd answered with surprise.

"Yeah, is there any problem?"

"No, of course not, but this girl have done this before at our shops, who will pay for all that?" Merchant answered boisterously, finding a right argument.

Adreil looked back a little angrily at the girl chewing candies and looking reticently back at him with tearful eyes. Adreil went ahead facing the merchants as they made a stance prepared to go back some steps. But surprisingly he gave them his wallet.

"Have your money, it must be under how much I have in this wallet." He answered aggressively in low voice.

The merchant took the wallet checking the money summing his money. Took almost every coin in the wallet leaving nothing he gave it back to him cousciously.

"This time we are letting her go, but--"

A look at Adreil made his tongue paralyzed half way cause that was enough to convince him. They went back to their shops leaving Adriel and thief alone at the street. Adriel looked at her without much expressions.

"Thank you." she said first thing after the meeting.

Her amazonian figure sat well on her wafer-thin body. She had a decanter shaped waist wearing an underbust waist trainer on her silky loose white shirt. Her complexion had an impeccable ochrous hue. Her pencil-thin eyebrows eased down gently to her green, beetle's leg eyelashes. A sculptor could not have fashioned her seraph's ears and pixie's nose any better. When she broke into a smile, her beguiling, oyster-white teeth lit up the street. It could jolt him like an electric current when that megawatt smile gave him her full attention. Filed to perfection, her greenish fingernails ran through her nougat-brown hair. spools of it plunged around her photogenic face and hid a swan's neck, elegant and smooth. He loved her nebulous, eden- green eyes. They were like two beryl-green jewels melted into snow.

Her voguish clothes still kept captive an aroma redolent of cinnamon and meadow-fresh mint.

She was looking at Adreil. Her clairvoyant eyes could see the yellowish blue light in him as he came to her and stood in a way which made her feel uneasy.

"What should I do? Now he know my face, what if he-"

"So, why are you stilling things like those? are you mad!! If you'll get caught you can't think what they will do to you!" He scolded her in unusually good manner, tht she couldn't decide if he was scolding her or complementing her.

"I am sorry, I'll never do this again. And thanks for saving me from them." She answered with sad look to make it more natural.

"A - Ah, it's alright."

She maybe wasn't noticing Adriel looking in her eyes constantly but for some reason she also wanted to be there with him. Because of both of their efforts they stayed together pretty much whole day. Adreil showed her what he does for his leaving, about himself and more about Teresa. But on the flip side she revealed almost nothing about herself making couscious steps. But she said that her name was Alice and she lives at the far south of the morb kingdom with her landlord and does help him in his business. But didn't clarified it cause he didn't ask her to.

This little chat made something clear that she was looking forward to know about Adriel, and what is behind that light of his heart?' she thought that Adriel may don't know about this light but his sister must be because from his description she was with him from the beginning.

and the thought "I must know him, he might be the person I was finding." was making it complex from inside.

It was evening. The time went by without disturbing Adreil's lovely talk. Adreil knew it when Alice informed. As he made his reluctant steps in the vicinity of home an idea bashed his brains. Looking back at Alice who was also on her way back, he proposed it, "hey, Alice! you wanted to meet Teresa right!! then why don't you come with me now, you also can't come there on your own anyway, at night I mean."

"But why, why can't I go there on my own? is there any problem?" her curious questions were becoming denser.

"Yes and I would also like to introduce you to her now." he answered excitedly.

"o-o... alright then, let's go."
