Chapter 3

I was suddenly awoken by an aggressive yank of my blankets off of me. 'How long was I asleep?' I thought to myself. Then I looked up to a look from Jasper that that said ' I really wish you were dead.'

"You, why would the moon goddess do such a cruel thing too me, I'm a future alpha and you're....you're just trash." Jasper spat, but I had no idea what he was talking about until I finally woke up enough and took in the smell of the woods and it smelled like heaven.

That's when I put the pieces together. He was my mate. He was supposed to be my happily ever after, but even when he found out that we were destined to be together he looked at me with such disgust.

"This is not happening" I whispered to make self.

"F.uck yes it's not happening, I can't walk around being mated to an ugly piece of garbage. I mean look at you you're nothing and I'm the future alpha." He spoke harshly towards me and then started pacing.

"No one can find out, and to make sure, I am banishing you from pack lands. Starting now you are rogue and will be killed on sight." She said glaring at me.

I was in shock. He was banishing me from the pack. What says you're more unwanted than that? I couldn't even get over my shock before Jasper ripped me off my bed with a tight grasp on my wrist.

He led me up the stairs and into the woods. I was still in shock so I had no idea what was going on.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked in a very hushed voice.

"I'm getting rid of my problem and in case you didn't know, you are my problem, but not for long." He snarled and dragged me some more.

He kept on going until we were near the Northern border line. Once we got in the edge, Jasper threw me on the ground.

"We came out here to talk and out of no where rogues showed up and they killed you. That'll be the story. Do you like it? How no one will even care enough to find out the truth?"

This is it, he was going to kill me, my mate, my happily ever after, was going to end my life because I was his fated mate.

It happened just like that, I was on the ground and he was kicking, punching, and clawing at me. I couldn't hold the tears in anymore, no matter how much the alpha would beat me back at the pack house, it was never worse or as bad as this and it was that moment that I realized that this was the end for me.

It felt like hours before he finally stopped the abuse. I couldn't see anything anymore because my eyes were swollen shut and I couldn't move, so I just laid there and accepted my fate before giving into the darkness.
