"Well are you going to get up and make breakfast for everyone b*tch!" Jasper said in a more than demanding voice.

Yup, that's the new and not even slightly improved Jasper. I roll my eyes at myself and start the journey back into my h*ll.

It takes me about an hour before the food is ready for everyone and I am able to start my chores. As soon as it strikes midnight I will be able to get out of this dreadful place....hopefully. I wonder who my mate will be? Will he even want me as his mate. The assumed killer of her own mother. Who could even kill anyone, especially their own parents?

It is about two in the afternoon before I am finished with my chores and go back to the basement where my room is. Apparently they didnt want trash in the nice guest bedrooms, so yay me, I get the dusty basement. I still hate it even if I have adapted to the conditions.

At the same time, I don't mind being in the basement because it's a very secluded place away from the pack.

Just a few more hours, and I'll be free, I thought as I sat on my bed staring at the ceiling. I glanced over at my clock and it read 6:30 PM. I guess I should get up and start on dinner.

I made my way back up the stairs and into the kitchen. Before I could do anything, I was slammed into the wall by an extremely angry looking Jasper. He stared at me intently, but there was no way I was going to let him ruin my day.

"Is there something I could help you with?" I asked forcing myself to sound polite.

"Actually there is, the Stone Moon Pack Beta is coming to discuss important information with my father and I and I need to to make everything spotless and then stay in the basement until they leave. We don't need them to see any trash, including you." Jasper growl at me and then let me go.

"They will be here within the hour, so hurry up." He continued as he walked down the hallway with a smirk on his face.

Normally that would ruin the rest of my day, but I'm still excited to see or well meet my mate.

It didn't take me long to finish cleaning up the house. I always made sure it was spotless anyway so there was less if a reason for anyone to come yell at me.

As I was walking down the stairs, I heard the front door open and unfamiliar voices speak along with the alphas and Jaspers. That made me walk faster towards my room. I learned a long time ago to stay out of the way of Jasper and his company, especially if it's people from other packs with higher statuses.

Once I was in my room, the exhaustion from the day hit me and once I hit the bed I passed out.
