Rude awakening

The door slammed shut causing me to spring up out of the sheets.

Inside the door way was a tall slim man, young man. He stared at me lying in bed after awake.

My heart beated out of my chest fast and hard.

He started closer towards me and then when I noticed his face.

He was white, had short brown hair and bright blue eyes and scruffy facial hair, and a chiselled jaw line.

“So, you most me faith?” He smiled at me.

“Who are you?” I was shaking trying to keep myself together.

“My name is Carson, it’s nice to finally meet you.” He said while pulling a chair out of the table and sitting down.

“Nice to meet you too I guess.” I was stunned I could bearly get any words out.

“Are you hungry faith?” He smiled once more at me.

“No thank you I’m okay,” I was hungry though but I didn’t want to say that.

“Come on babe, I know ur hungry.” He looked almost disappointed with me.

“No really I’m o-“ I was cut off

“COME HERE AND SIT DOWN!” He yelled loudly at me.

I slid out of bed and sat at the table with him. He most have a short temper because what he said next caught me off guard.

“Good girl now I’ll be right back with some breakfast and some water.” He smiled then started towards the door slamming it behind him.

I sat there confused for a minute before he returned with 2 plates in his hands.

“Much better isn’t it?” He placed one plate in front of me and sat down with his plate.

“What is this?” I looked down at the food disgusted, it was just a plop of greenish redish potatoe thing.

“Ah my darling just taste it and find out,” he said with a smirk.

I grabbed the fork and got a small bite before putting it in my mouth. It wasn’t bad it shocked me a little bit not going to lie. It tasted like green beans and bacon.

“Wow this isn’t bad,” I said before putting anything bite in my mouth.

I looked over at him and he was just smiling at me while I ate.

“Thank you I made it myself, I figured if ur going to be my wife, I might as well cook you something before you cook for me every day.” He smiled and started to eat.

We almost ate everything on are plates before in silence before Carson broke it.

“So, I heard you met melody?” He gliced at me deeply.

“Yes I did she seems nice, is she ur other wife?” I questioned before taking my last bite of food.

He bursted out laughing, it was a deep laughter but nothing like you would expect.

“No no hunny you got this all wrong,” he continued to laugh.

“Who is she then?” I almost giggled with him and almost forgot I was kidnapped.

“She is my older brothers wife, and Asher is THEIR KID.” he smiled and grabbed my plate over the table placing it on his.

“Oh I see,” I cracked a little smile.

“Don’t worry babe, just you for me.” He smiled softly at me.

“Why can’t I just go home?” I almost wanted to cry now.

“Babe you will understand why soon.” He smiled and softly said to me before heading over to the door.

“Would you like a drink?” He said before going for the door handle.
