Episode 2: Dreams about Dae Hyun

"Dad please I don't want to go there, I want to stay here" The boy said while crying. 

"Please dad I want to stay here with you and mom" I do not understand what they are talking about but it seems that the child is leaving and even if he doesn't want to, his parents are still forcing him. (They are on an airport)

"Dae Hyun you know that you need to go there, right?" The man that is in front of the kid said.

"Your dad is right Dae Hyun, when we are back from London don't worry we are going to get you from your auntie in the Philippines, we just really need to go to London now cause your grandma died. Be safe there. Okay?" The kid's dad is the man who talked earlier to him.

"But mom!" The boy shouted.

'Dae Hyun'? The kid's name is a Korean name. I think they're Koreans.

There are two man in black outfits, maybe it's the kid's bodyguard and they held his hands and prevented him from running away.

"Dad! Mom! No, don't touch me, I don't want to go there. Aniyo, aniyo!" He shouted while he is forcily taken inside the plane, because of the word he said('aniyo'), I knew that they are really Koreans because the word 'ANIYO' means 'NO' in Korean.

He's finally taken inside the plane.

There suddenly an alarm clock that buzzed.

Because I'm so shocked, my eyes suddenly opened wide and I realized that all that happened is just a dream.

"That dream is so weird." I said while fixing my bed.

After I ate and took a bath, I went to my friend, Eirin's house so I could have someone to talk to.

"Oh, Ate (Big sister) Yelle you came here? It's a miracle!" She told me in shock."

"I don't have someone to talk to at home, they are all at work." I said.

"All right, go to the room where they are." She turned her back on me and didn't even tell me who they were. (they)

When I entered her room all my friends were there and like Eirin told me it really was a miracle that we were all complete. Because we all always have different schedules every day.

"Wow, we are all here!" I said in shock.

"Isn't it obvious, of course we are." Said Aubin.

"Sit here, let's have a girl talk." Eirin said and immediately made me sit on the carpet on the floor where they were sitting.

"So what are we going to talk about?" I asked.

"Everything that we can talk about." Aubin's very nice answer to me(sarcastic).

"GUYS DO YOU KNOW THAT I WATCHED A GOOD K-DRAMA WITH EUN WOO ON IT?" Eirin happily told us.

"REALLY?" Shocked Valletta said.

The two k-drama addict reunited...

"Who is Eun-woo?" I question that there is obviously no knowledge about k-dramas. Because since I started writing I have not been able to watch k-drama.

"WHAT? YOU DON'T KNOW HIM!" Valleta shouted.

"Besh (Tagalog slang for 'beshie' or 'bestfriend'), there is no mountain between us so there is no reason for you to shout." I said.

"It's because you're just watching cartoons right now! You're just always talking about Cat Noir! You used to be a k-drama fan too, why now you go crazy with that man (Cat Noir)?" Aubin mentions the cartoon character in the cartoon series where I'm so addicted right now.

"He is so handsome!" I defend Cat Noir.

"Because it is impossible that you don't know him. He is the only one who is handsome in the k-drama 'Whisper'."

"What is it, a sanitary napkin?" I asked while laughing.

Hahahaha, they're only watching sanitary napkins!

"It's no like that, you crazy. it's just that, that k-drama is the best Korean drama this year. Not only that, the one who made his cameo there, Eun-woo, is very handsome and it is obvious from his name Min Jun in the k-drama that it means quick, clever, sharp, talented and handsome, he is the best. And ... what is even more surprising is that he only debuted in February but the number of his projects are so many already." Information that Eirin gave us that made her look obviously very addicted to k-drama.

"All right, I'll watch k-drama sometimes so I can understand what you are talking about." I said to Eirin. "And I'll watch the 'Whisper' you said first." I added.

"Let's move on there, let's talk about something else. I know! How about we talk about the seats switching yesterday!" Eirin's worst idea.

"Let's see...I know! Let's ask Krishyelle if what happened yesterday when she and Lucas sat beside each other...Ayieeeeeee." Valletta teased me. If only they really knew the ugly things that happened.

"You want me to tell you what happened? All right I will say. Because yesterday ever since we sat beside each other...NOTHING GOOD HAPPENED!" I shouted because of my anger.

"Really? Oh, that's bad, because you're the new loveteam in the class." I was really angry because of what Eirin said.

"What the fu-- I forgot, I'm not allowed to swear." Why is it that I'm not allowed to swear?I really hate it.

"Just calm down Yelle, we're just fooling around..." Valletta said to me as she patted my back. At that time, Aubin came out on the balcony of Eirin's room and we immediately realized why she came out.

"Look. Aubin came out because of you. You're all so insensitive. Look. She's jealous." Aubin told us, she said that as if she didn't teased me too.

She came out because maybe she was jealous, because since we were only in grade 10, he really like Lucas until now in college.

🌹Flashback when we're grade 10...

(1st day of being a grade 10 student) "Yelle, look at the handsome man there. There's a lot of girls around him." At the same time, Aubin pointed to the man who was crowded by girls. "Let's go, let's look at him too." Even though I don't want to go, I can't do anything because she forcedly took me there by grabbing my hand.

(2nd day) (We are on the cafeteria because it's recess.) "Yelle, let's go next to Lucas' seat." I forgot to say...she already knew the name of the man who was crowded by girls yesterday.

She grabbed my hand and forcedly took me to where that Lucas was sitting again. Hey, why did we even meet this man? I am so sick of him! I said in my mind while I didn't feel like eating the food I ordered.

(3rd day) We are doing P.E. class when suddenly... "Lucas!" Lucas arrives. ISN'T THERE ANY DAY THAT WE CANNOT SEE LUCAS? My desperate question in my mind. "Yelle, let's go." For the thirteenth time, I heard those words from Aubin me again. Yes, you didn't heard me wrong. FOR THE THIRTEENTH TIME because since she met Lucas we have done nothing but follow him, in the park, in the cafeteria, his house, in the field and in his frickin' classroom which is four buildings away from our building, and what's worse is that Aubin always wants to walk that distance. I don't even know how many relieving patches I have already use all over my body for these past three days...THREE DAYS.

"Aubin Brown, please, I don't want to go anymore, if you want you can go first." She smiled. "Okay." He happily walked to where Lucas stands. If I only knew that I could tell her those words that easy, I should've done it earlier.

Our PE class is over and I'm just waiting for Aubin to come back. While I wait for Aubin to return, I write down ideas that I can put in the story I will make in my pocket notebook...

Two girls sat beside me and suddenly talked to me. "Hello, you are alone?" I turned and saw the two of them. They look kind, and with the clothes and decorations they have on their bodies I know immediately that they are both rich.

By the time Aubin returned, the three of us met immediately and I already knew their names. The girl with a gentle face is Eirin Johnson who is an athlete in the sport Archery and the other one with a brace on her teeth is Valletta Blunt who is a model. They are both richkid and they are also two years younger than me.

Aubin returned and met the two of them, until the four of us became friends.

That is the story of of our friendship and also the reason why I really hate Lucas Parrish.

I also went out of the room to talk to Aubin.

"Aubin, are you okay?" I asked.

"I'm okay, why wouldn't I be okay, right?" She replied, when I saw her, her eyes were swollen and his nose was red and she was obviously crying.

"All right, I'll go inside again, come in when you're done doing what you're doing." In order for her to cry properly, I left her and I entered the room again.

"What is Aubin doing there on the balcony?" Eirin asked me.

"She's crying." I whispered to them, because Aubin might hear us.

I sat there in the carpet again.

"All right, let's talk about something else, ahh...I know. Have you read ma'am's chat in our G.C. (group chat)?" Eirin said.

"Really? Is there any?" Valletta asked her. We all opened our cellphones and we saw that ma'am had a chat.

"Is this true?" I said in shock.

"You're right, we're having a camping?" We are still really shocked.

What is stated in the chat is that we have camping on Tuesday and the bad thing is that our partners will be drawn on the trip.

"Oh my goodness, guys it looks like this camping will be great!" Eirin was so excited.

"What's good about this camping instead of a halloween party is this going to be a halloween camp." Every ideas that teachers' think of today are all so extraordinary.

While I was reading teacher's chat on our G.C., a notification came out again and that turned out to be mama's chat that tells me to go back home. So I said goodbye to my friends immediately.

"Guys, I'm leaving because I'm still writing on ******* and I'm also going to sleep, I'm leaving, bye." I said goodbye to them and I immediately went home.

When I got home, I slept first so that my brain would be ready to be overused when I wrote.

What I see is a table that looks like it was in the dining room where the former child they called Dae Hyun and his parents are.

"Dae Hyun, your father and I know that you already heard about your grandmother's death. The reason why we want to talk with you, is that your father and I decided to go there...in London to visit her and we are gonna take Dae Hwi with us too and we also decided that your auntie will take care of you in the Philippines since we are not here." His mother said.

"But mom, can't I just go there with you? I don't want to stay with aunt. Khae because she don't want me, she is mad everytime she sees me." Dae Hyun said.

"She is kind Dae Hyun if she's mad at you, just understand her. maybe she's not on the mood." His daddy said.

"Okay Mom and Dad." Then he showed a fake smile.

"Tomorrow is our flight. We hope you'll be alright there. We love you. You are always gonna be our best son." His mom said. My only question is that why his parents don't take him? They look rich. *sigh

"Okay." Dae Hyun said sadly.

My other dream before, was the one when his parents took him to the airport maybe this was the night before they left.

I really don't know why I dream of him but maybe there is a reason, but the boring thing is that if he'll always be in my dream.

My previous dream about their conversation was shattered and another dream replaced it. But here Dae Hyun is present in this dream again.

There is a birthday cake with Happy 11th Birthday Dae Hyun written on it so I think it is his memories.

"Mom, can you come home now it's my birthday?" He asked his mommy who was on the phone.

"I'm sorry son I can't, cause I have so many important appointments now, I'm really sorry son." She explains to her son.

"But mom, dad can't go too. My birthday will be nonsense without you. Is work more important than me." Dae Hyun said while crying.

"I'm really sorry Hyun, hhmm?"' His worthless mother said.

"Okay mom, I will hang up now, bye." Unfortunately, he kept crying.

Because her mom and dad said that they could not go home, he celebrated his birthday alone.

I didn't tell you all about my dream but that dream was so long that I found out all his favorites and his memories.
