DAY- Him

I wake up covered in cold sweats. Taking time to grasp what happened, i took a glance of my reflection on the mirror in front by chance.

I look like i was chased... That dream...even in my dream...

*beep *beep *beep *beep *beep

I woke up just before the clock rings. I move my body towards where the clock is to turn it off, just after that, a sudden ring from my phone burst out.

"Gosh~~ that scared the hell out of me" I utterd to myself, as i rummage my bed even more to look for my phone.

"Hello?" I answered. "It's so early, what's with the call?" I ask.

"Hey, don't tell me you forgot?"

"Forgot what?"

"Valentine's day? hello~~"

What?!?!?! today's Valentines's Day? .

For one sec. i panickd...

"Gosh~~ Susan, we don't even have dates, what's the fuss? you almost gave me a heart attack" I said over the phone.

"Hahahahha just as i thought, it was nothing. Just a bit of prank here and there ahahah" Susan replied

"By the way, you totally need to give that letter to Allen, you know?, you might have a chance" She added.

"No thank you~~~ i'm done with him, trust me. My dream las night was the closure"

"Ohhh~~~ so you were dreaming about him? what happened though?"

"He was having s*x with someone in front of me"

As expected... The school was burst with hearts and reds and love and everything is so disgusting! Kudos to the committee though, for preparing this over night.

Oh here comes Susan... dilly-dallying towards me.

"F*ck this day!! woohoooo~~~" Susan Yells.

"Haahahhaha, that was mean" I tell her.

"Hey, hey, hey, we are singles, it's our role to play especially at this ocacsion" She said

I guess i couldn't agree less with that.

Susan and i went to the rooftop for sightseeing.... Well, it's more like a tradition in our school now... to go at the rooftop if you don't have any valentine or something... I don't know who made such stupid idea, like it's descrimination!, how can we find love up here??

I'm free to make excuses though...

"Ummm~~~ Claire, i want to have a serious talk with you" Susan said. She looks way serious.

"Ahahaha what's up with this vibe?" I ask jokingly.

"It's serious, Claire..." She said, looking at me.

Wow~~~~ i'm having goosebumps now... this could be pretty serious, now i'm scared to hear what is it about.

"Promise me, that no matter what, you will still be y friend~~"

"Hahaha yeah yeah i promise"

"Okay then... I sent your letter to Allen earlier..."

"Whaaaaaaaattttt?!?!?!?!?!?"

I was in deep thought for a second. Did i hear that right? what am i gonna do? This is pretty "Serious"! oh my gosh~Calm down first... she must be joking hahah

"Yeah right! as if you would ever do that.. ahaha" I said. Jokingly, brushing away the tensed up mood. Hoping it was just a silly joke.

A little bit seconds more and i'm sure she will laugh...

A bit more~

I turn my head to face her, we end up looking a each other's eyes... She isn't wavering...

"Oh my gosh~~~" I said by my breath.

" *Tehee"

After that speck of laugh she gave, my world shattered into pieces... i thought this is the worst day ever!!

I was panicking, restless, nervous, an scared. What if i'll be their next centered clown in this whole school?what if he will tease me about that? what if? oh no~

After a while of walking back and forth while sweeping my hair away from my face... I though of something...

"Aha!!" I shout.

"Why, what is it?" Susan ask.

"I didn't write my name on that letter. So even if he reads it... he still won't know that it was from me. Ahahaha" I explained, as if i invented a very genius solution in the history of 'solutions'.

" *Slaps her face. Oh my gosh~ Claire, you really don't know the advantage you get if he knows that letter is from you" Susan said. Completely covering half od her face with her palm.

"Well... we don't know if it's really "Advantage", you see, there are girls around here that are so much better than me...i'm fine admiring him from afar" I said. Walking towards the beam, looking over him, swarmed with girls giving him letters, and flowers, and chocolates.

"You don't even know yourself" Susan said. Following my track, standing beside me.

"What do you mean?" I said as i look at her.

"Allen... is not what you think he is..." Susan said, staring at Allen..

I was taken-a-back by what she said for a second. I look back at Allen.

"Do you really think i would like such man?... That's what i like about him... He's kind hearted, and compassionate...so..." I said.

"So~"

"So, he deserves much more better" I said. Grinning.

"He deserves you... i'll say" Susan continues.

"Hahahahha enough, that's it" I reply.

I thought something new might happen that day, like a splash of miracle, hitting you suddenly. A sudden turn of events. A table-turned. It turns out, i was expecting so much, without considering my efforts done, and that... i didn't make anything at all...

"Wow~~ Allen, you really receive all this gift just this day?" Friend 2 said.

"Wow man~~ really envy you for this" Friend 1 said. Rummaging the gifts.

"Look at this leters! are you going to read this all? *gasp look at this long-*** letter, geez talk about effort" Friend 2 said. Unfolding a paper filled with words.

That paper looks familiar...

"Give that one to me" Allen said.

after receiving the paper he turn it upside-down, back and front, looking for something.

"What are you looking man?" Friend 1 ask.

"It's anonymous... i thought it was from her" Allen said.

"Oh... so we're expecting an admirer here, i see...ahaha" Friend 2 said.

Now my feelings, started to waver...
