chapter 2

I woke up to noise in the living room. It sounded like... sex? "Eww" I thought, knowing Maddie must be having sex on our couch. OUR couch. **** nah, imma reem her later.

-reem means to lecture or get on to someone about something.-

I started my day by hopping in the shower, brushing my teeth, and shaving my legs and underarms. Gotta keep healthy habits ✌️

The noise had stopped by the time I had left the bathroom. I walked outside to find that the place was TRASHED. My guess was that someone broke in. I started looking for Maddie to find out if she did this. I looked in her room, the bathroom on the porch and the patio, I just couldn't find her. She must have been at some bar.

I started cleaning while listening to mother mother.

About half way through, Maddie walked in the front door, looking like she fell into a ditch.

"What tf happened to you?" I asked

"I can't even remember. I think I blacked out." She said.

"Oh, so you can't even remember if this was you? Awesome. Help me. See if anything is missing." I told her sarcastically.

She walked into her room and slammed the door.

"Good. She's gone." I thought.

Just as I bent down, I heard my phone playing "living on a prayer" by Bon Jovie.

I hurried to answer my phone, answering before it even finished the second ring.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey! Uhm I just wanted to inform you that you got the job at Kowaii Butler

And you can start Monday! You should be walking in the door before seven."

"Okay thank you so much! Bye!" I said, before hanging up the phone.

"I start work tomorrow" I whispered.

I never thought I would say that. Me, of all people.

"Maddie, I won't be home tomorrow, please don't trash the place!!" I yelled, picking up my cleaning pace.

When I finally finished cleaning, Maddie finally came out of her room to see that the place was spotless.

"Nice" she said, not even questioning why I won't be home tomorrow.

"Good night shit face." I say, laughing.

"Good night boy *****." She said, laughing along with me.

I went and took a shower, then headed to sleep.

I woke up around 5:00 in the morning, took a shower, and got coffee.

The next time I looked at the time, I realized that it was too late to start walking to the restaurant, considering that it is all the way across town.

I ran to Maddie's room, knocking rapidly on the door.

"MADDIE I NEED A RIDE PLEASE."

She opened the door just before I started knocking again in her pajamas and her keys in her hand.

"Get in bitch, we're going shopping." She said. It sounded like she had been waiting forever to say that one line.

We were in the car and half way there when I decided to say something.

"Thank you so much Maddie, I would have been late if you hadn't have wanted to say the line from "Mean Girls".

"No problem, I've literally been waiting since I saw that movie to say that line."

"I thought so." I said laughing.

She dropped me off 20 minutes untill 7.

"Oh! Btw, you need to show me where you get your lingerie!!" She yelled before she drove away, fast enough that I couldn't chase her down.
