The new boy

Tash, Sussie,  Carine  and I walked into school. ‘So gossip.’

‘There isn’t any.’

‘Sure there isn’t.’

‘There isn’t.’

‘And you and Noah?’

‘What about us? there is no me and Noah he’s just being Noah.’

‘You’ve always liked him.’

I laughed out loud. ‘I’ve never liked him. His my brother’s friend and he’s as annoyIng as hell.’

‘Sure. What ever you say.’

‘I do co...’ I started looking up .

His hair a light blond colour with hints of blue, his eyes a sea green colour, he was tall and muscular my jaw almost dropped to the ground.

‘Avery earth to Avery.’

I stood paralysed I couldn’t talk my friends noticed it to just hope Matt didn’t or he’d be on the guys case.

‘Avery are you okay?’

I veered my eyes to the hot looking guy that had just entered the school grounds they all looked up.

‘OMG WTF.’

‘God he’s hot. Who do you think he is?’

‘He looks new.’

‘He’s going to break some hearts round here.’

‘Maybe we should introduce our selves.’

I finally snapped out of my unconscious mind. ‘Oh no no let him introduce himself.’

Noah looked at Matt and nodded. He looked over at the new face he looked as old as Avery. Matt’s eyes slit as he watched him. He also noticed that Avery and her friends were looking at this dude to. His anger grew.

‘See it out Matt it might not be anything.’

‘And it might be.’

‘We’ll keep tabs on him.’

    The guy’s  looked over at Avery and her friends smiling and winking at them as he passed them, which made them all hot and bothered. God this guy was good almost as good as him and his friends, he didn’t need a bad boy chasing his little sister. Noah was bad enough, he’d told him to loose of a little but his words seemed to have very little effect or none at all. Noah was determined that she would eventually change her mind about him which Matt very much doubted. She knew him inside out seen as they’d all grew up together and he was more of a man ***** than he was. They’d all in all slept with over twenty girls form there school and he definitely didn’t want Avery to be another notch on Noah’s bedpost.

The bell rang and they all headed in. At registration Avery and her friends got their new time table and headed to lesson.

They all sat at the back, he walked into the room and the whole class looked up, even the guys to see the unfamiliar face enter the room. He looked over to the corner of the room spotting them walking over.

‘He’s coming over.’

‘No he’s..’ I looked up he was so coming over, oh shit.

‘Hi my name’s Rylan Benson. I’m kinda new here. I was wondering if I could sit with you guys and maybe hang out with you.’

‘Sure.’ I said gesturing him to take a seat.

My friends looked flustered. ‘I’m Avery and these are my friends Tash, Sussie and Carine.’

‘Nice to meet you ladies.’

They giggled.

He smiled laughing. ‘So..’. I paused. ‘What made you come here?’

‘My parents, they both got new jobs so I had to move here from the city.’

I nodded the others just looked fascinated at him.

‘Good morning class we have a new student joining us today Rylan Benson. As I can see he’s here and on time excellent let’s begin.’

Apparently Rylan had already been introduced to all of our teachers and he went to the boring details yawning.

We had to laugh at him. After lesson it was just me and Rylan for our next lesson before break.  He sat next to me. I was nervous as hell, he was so hot and his eyes were just to die for. But, I composed myself and got on with the lesson. The bell rang for break, that’s when he caught me off guard. He pushed his lips onto mine I stumbled back, hitting the wall. As he kissed me slipping his tongue in which what the hell was going on? I chose to respond, not to sure if it was the right thing to do.

He finally moved away smiling. ‘Can we hang the weekend just you and me?’

‘I... I guess.’

He smiled. ‘We’ll talk more about it Friday. I bet your friends are waiting for you.’

‘They’re you’re friends to.’ I reminded him.

‘So they are, come on.’

We walked through the corridors and went outside to meet them for break after break me and the girls had another lesson together but Rylan wasn’t in our class so I asked him to wait for us after lesson so we could go to lunch together.

We met for lunch and to be honest it was like we’d all known each other longer than just a couple of hours we were laughing as he was cracking jokes.

 Matt and his friends stood outside watching as Avery and her friends walked out form the dining hall with the new guy laughing.

‘Just hold back Matt give it time.’

He grunted he knew Noah was right he just had to wait it out.

Once lunch was over they went back in for registration and their finally two lessons.
