chapter 02

after risa came to medvida family (aris family name) aris became more frustrated and depressed, there were times that risa approached aris with kindness but when there was no one around she tormented aris with hurtful words and aris couldn't stand her then she slapped risa in the face, she didnt know that risa trapped her and let the archduke saw how she slapped risa, the archduke didnt heard what they talk about but she punished aris because of what she did to risa, aris tried to explain to the archduke why she slap risa but the archduke only told her to stop making excuses and apologize, aris couldn't do anything because no matter what she do, no one ever listen and trusted her because everyone thought that she was so jelous at risa thats why she bullied risa and slap her, when she never did those things they were assuming. She was always treated as the bad person ever since risa came. the day of her coming of age has came and she fell sick and never told anyone because she knows even if she tells her brother or father or her maids no one would ever believe her because they would only assume she is faking it to get attention. during her birthday party a lot of people came but they didnt came for her, others came to form alliance to her family, other's came to see risa to propose to her because she was known as a smart and beautiful lady and a very generous and kind person,and the rest came to see his father and brother, she was sitting in center of the room but no one ever came to greet her and no one ever notice that she was so pale and was sweating, an hour later she excuse herself because she couldn't bare the pain she was feeling, while she was walking towards the exit she bump into a girl and she accidentally spilled the wine the girl was holding, the girl was so mad at her and started a fight, the girl said do you even know how precious this dress is? let me tell you its more precious than you.the people started looking at them and the girl who aris bump into continued to yell at her, the girl suddenly mentioned aris mother and told her, your only here because they are still not sure if your really are one of medvida's family since before your mother died she was known as a ***** and was cheating on the archduke. aris was shocked of what the girl said and aris slapped her oit of anger because she talk badly about her mom, aris said, how dare you bad mouth my mother!!, and then risa came to stop the fight and told aris that, how can you slap the princess?,aris didn't know that the girl she was the princess of the kingdom she is living because she have never joined to any tea party or socialize herself. after she heard what risa told her she was trembling that her brother and father will hate her more and then when she looked back to her father and brother, they were both giving her that cold look. risa told the princess to calm down and they are going to punish aris and the princess agreed to risa. after the party aris was scolded, and the archduke punished her, she was locked in her room for 2 months and is only allowed to eat once a day, after that day aris cried all day in her room, she was shocked of what had happen in her birthday, she was crying and said: why?! i just wanted two simple things!! she cried, why am i so miserable? she shouted: lord how can you be like this to me?!?! if i was only born to be this miserable then why did you ever think of letting me live!! you should've killed me from the very start, i only want a normal life! a friend that treasures me , a family that cared for me, nothing else!! was it that hard to grant my wishes?!?. aris was depressed ever since that day, the day after, she started coughing blood she was so ill she requested for a doctor but the maids were doubting her, it took her days to get a doctor, when the doctor arrived and check her , the doctor was so shocked, then aris ask with a blank face, am i going to die? she asked, and then the doctor nodded, and said but you still have a chance to live but the problem is the chance is too low, then aris said you dont need to, i just called a doctor to make sure if i was dying, then the doctor came into a realization that she wanted to die and she was treated badly, the doctor thought, if only she was treated earlier she might get healed. and then aris told the doctor to stay silent about her condition, if anyone asked why you came, just tell them i was having a headache, please dont tell anyone, im asking you a favor. then the doctor felt pity for her and just nodded and left
