Ch : 1 {Haru Aizawa & The Wright Family}

It was a sunny day with no clouds at all. The only thing that can be seen in the sky was the bright round sun gleaming its rays down to all corners.

Haru was sitting on a wooden bench near the big oak tree. As he was gazing straight ahead to the other children playing in the garden, he was once again reminded why he was here in the first place.

9 years ago, Haru was sleeping in his bedroom when suddenly he heard the sound of glass shattering from downstairs. When he reached downstairs he saw his parents were on the ground surrounded by pool of blood, but before he could do anything, someone hit him hard from behind and he lost consciousness. The next thing he saw after opening his eyes were two police officers and some neighbors...and his parents body being carried away. Haru wanted to run to them but one of the police officers stopped him saying that they are dead and he should not go there now.

After 3 days of investigation it was concluded that his parents were killed because they witnessed a robbery in their house. Since Haru didn't have any relatives or close friends, he was sent to the local orphanage 'Sunshine Ville Orphange'. After coming to the orphange he could not sleep at all, the image of his dead parents being carried away replaying in his mind.

His thoughts were suddenly interrupted by a voice calling out to him. " Haru!! There you are..Mrs Smith was looking for you." This is Abby, his only friend in this lonely place. Haru turned around towards her giving her a soft smile and getting up from his place.

"What is it Abby? " he asked her.

"It looks like someone is here to adopt you" she replied.

"Okay...tell Mrs Smith that I am coming"

"Sure" Abby said that and turned towards the orphange building. Haru after giving a final glance to the playing children in the garden turned away to go back into the building.

Once he was inside he saw Mrs Smith talking to two people, a man and a woman, with their backs towards Haru. They were wearing vintage but expensive looking dresses. When Mrs Smith spotted him, she beckoned him over there. When Haru stands beside Mrs Smith, he sees that the man is looking directly into his eyes, making him a feel little bit uncomfortable while the woman was talking to Mrs Smith even though her gaze lingered on Haru's in between more than once.

"So...Haru" Mrs Smith spoke "This is Mr and Mrs Wright and they are here to adopt you". "You are one lucky boy...for they are very rich." Before she can say something else the man called Mr Wright spoke to Haru in a low but deep voice.

"So Haru how old are you"

"Umm i turned 16 this April"

"Right...as you know we are here to adopt you..but you will not be alone since you will have an older brother too"

"brother? " Haru asked confused.

"That's right. His name is Cedric" Mr Wright answered.

"But don't worry" now the lady next to him spoke "Our Cedric is only a year older than you".

" Umm okay" Haru didn't know what else to say.

"And you will be moving with us next day only" Mrs Wright said.

"Wait what? But that's so sudden" Haru replied immediately.

"Don't worry we talked about this to Mrs Smith earlier only" she said "And since it's only a couple of hours drive from here I don't see the harm".

"Alright" Haru replied.

"Good now that we are clear here...we will be coming back to take you from here tomorrow at 9 am Haru" Mr Wright said to him. " Therefore I hope you pack all your necessary stuff carefully and quickly"

"Well then we will meet you again tomorrow" with that both Mr and Mrs Wright left the orphange.

The whole night Haru was busy arranging his stuff into three suitcases with which he had first come here. Abby also stayed the whole night with him to help.

The next day at 8 in the morning after eating his breakfast, he was getting ready to leave. After saying his goodbye to his only friend Abby and other children in the orphange, Haru waited for his new parents in the small living room next to Mrs Smith office.

At 9 o'clock exact, they arrived and after saying goodbye to Mrs Smith and Abby once again he went out. He saw Mr Wright was telling his driver to put all of Haru's suitcases in the back. After giving one final longing gaze to the orphange in which he has spent 9 years he went inside the car. With him being in the middle of Mr and Mrs Wright. After they were settled Mr Wright gave the signal to drive.

It was not a long journey just like Mrs Wright said, it only took them barely 2 hours to reach a beautiful mansion of white marble surrounded by a beautiful garden. When the car pulled in the driveway and Haru exited, he saw a boy of his age with chestnut brown hair and golden eyes standing outside the house waiting for them. He was leaning against the door. He gave Haru a top to bottom look before walking up to him.

"Haru..right?" the boy asked him.

"Yes...and you are-"

"Cedric Wright" the boy flatly interrupted him.

"R-right...so umm" Haru was confused on what to say next.

But before he could think or say anything Cedric interrupted him again.

"You know when mom and dad talked about bringing an another child home, I thought it will be a plain and boring guy with idiotic eyes" he said " but I see you have a pretty cute face and also your eyes are very gorgeous too".

Haru blushed at the sudden compliment. The only person who complimented him like that was his mother saying that his eyes reminded her of ocean.

"Come on now don't stand there like that" saying that Cedric hugged Haru tightly before whispering in his ears.

"I really like you...you are so cute"

Haru blush intensified and before he could say anything, Cedric loosened his grip on him and turned around after giving him a wink and a smirk. Haru could only stand there for a minute to gather his thoughts before a deep voice spoke.

"It looks like you already met Cedric" Mr Wright said.

"Y-yes" Haru stuttered a little bit.

*giggle* "It's a good thing you are getting along since you will be brothers from now on" Mrs Wright said in a soft tone.

"I guess so..."

"Well come on in then, you should see the inside too" Mr Wright said that and went inside the house with one suitcase while his driver was carrying the other two.

After him Mrs Wright followed and soon after straightening and adjusting himself to the new life before him Haru followed them both inside too.
