Chapter 5 Capital Central town

A week later Ether energetically get out from bed,

"Everyone.Heather is ready for action!"

She shouted while Ormerod cheers for her,

"Whoooo!"

She sighed and lost power hurriedly hiding behind her bed,

"Why are you here again?"

"Well i wasn't allowed to get out for weeks so i thought i should visit you first,and you know there's a blah blah blah blah blah."

Ormerod just continued talking nonsence.While Ether on the other hand covering her ears trying not to hear it,

'I shouldn't have asked him.When will he stop?'

"So i was wondering if we can go across town,would you like that?"

Ormerod asked happily.Ether quickly get up and listening to him all ears,

"You mean you'll go with me?"

"Yeah,i can disguise as a human for you."

Ether eyes shimmer and smiled at him excitedly,

"Yay!Let's get going then."

She shouted raising one arm up.

She quickly pushed Ormerod out her room and she takes a bath.After bathing she goes to her closet looking at the dresses uninterested,

'Such a poor fashion sense,are there anything that is much better?"

She looked around for a while and she smiled happily,

"This is it.This is my style!"

She excitedly change humming.After changing she cleaned the room from the mess she made and happily get out,

"Ormerod i'm ready."

She looked around and only saw a man with red hair in the hall way so she has to ask him,

"Excuse me,but did you see a red bird around here?"

The man smiled and she got shocked realising something,she pointed at him trembling feeling surprised.

"A-are you...Ormerod?!"

"Yes M'lady,but you can call me Dale today.Shall we go?"

He asked showing his hand at her,Ether holds it and smile at him.

"Ok.Then let's go then Dale."

Ormedor looked away and cried,

'I feel so honored,M'lady is much more better that His Highness."

Meanwhile at the Palace.Allendis suddenly sneeze and almost stained the paper he's signing,

'Achoo!Did that stupid bird just cursed me?I better get back to work...'

Back at the Duke mansion Ether just happily followed Ormedor,but unexpectedly she run across Olivia.She run toward her happily and give her a big hug,

"Mother!"

"Where are you going all dressed up?"

Olivia asked confused.Ether smiled and grin at her,

"Hehe.Dale and i will go to the Central Town and go around,i also plan on visiting the Priest."

"I see,then do you wanna goodbye to your Father before gkoing out?"

Ether looked away sad,

"No,he doesn't care about me anyway.I have Dale with me so he will protect me."

Olivia sadly looked at and Ether sweetly smiled at her,

"I'll go now Mother."

She gave Olivia a kissed in a cheek and quickly jump down her embrace running toward Ermerod,

"See you then Mother,i love you."

"Have a safe trip honey."

The both of them left and Olivia slowly put down her hand,she sighed and massage her forehead pissed.

'It's all your fault Ingrid,now the misunderstanding tend to grow much more worst.'

She walked away angry,

'Even if it's your way to protect her,she's just a child who need a Father love.I will not help you with your Father and Daughter problem,goodluck fixing your relatinship alone.'

"Madam!"

The maid shouted from behind.She quickly turn her head and looked at her confused,

"Yes?"

The maid stop from running and slump down panting,

"T-the Empress,she's here."

"You mean Alicia?Wow it's been so long,you rest i'll go greet her."

She quickly run away happy going to the living room,while the maid sit down leaning her back at the wall fanning herself.

"Phew!I ran so fast,i shouldn't have panicked."

Infront of the Duke mansion Ether excitedly get in the carriage smiling,

'What would it look like?After going aroun should i go home with souvenirs?Or maybe a quick trip to the book shop and try to read some Smut novels?'

She giggles evily which send creeps at Ormerod spines,

'What is she thinking now?I can feel she will do something evil,i should pray this to the Dragon God to let this day me normal.'

The both of them arrive at the Capital Central town and immediately get out the carriage.

Her bright Golden hair attack the attention of the people and starts to whisper with each other,

"Hey isn't her hair similar with Duke Ingrid?"

"Yeah,but she's just an ordinary girl.Why would she be compare to Duke Ingrid?"

"Maybe she's an illegitimate.Some man tends to cheat if they may."

Not even concerned,she just pulled Ormerod with her.

"Let's go."

"M'lady aren't you gonna say anything to this?"

"Why would i?People's mouth this day is hard to control,specially when they're talking about something that never happen."

She glance at them for a second and immediately looked to where shevs going,leaving them with a surprised face.They go away awkwardly feeling wronged.

The both of them goes around the Capital for half f the day,she was so happy and accidentally bump into someone.

When she's about to fall someone used himself as a cushion,

'It didn't hurt?'

"Hey are you ok?"

Said by the cold voice of a little boy.She opened her eyes and slowly looked to see who is it,to only got surprised who helped her.
