Misery

CHAPTER 3.

When Mars hears of Alayna he wants to go to see her but because of the pressure from his family he decides not to visit her. When the news of her getting better reaches him, he goes to visit her and tells her that he can no longer be in a relationship with her and tells her that his family doesn’t want a daughter-in-law with such character. And he also tells her that he is going to the United States. She tries to stop him but he doesn’t listen to her .This makes Alayna even more devasted she feels like her whole world is collapsing. She loses her will to live. She tries to kill herself by jumping off of the hospital. Her brother who was with her had gone to pay some.bills when he comes back.he finds the room empty he gets a bad feeling about it and starts searching the hospital her brother who was waiting for her outside her room.When he opens the door of the room he cannot find her so he start searching her in the whole hospital. He sees the elevator going up and suddenly he understands he runs up the stairs and find her standing at the edge of the roof. He assures her that he will find the culprit himself and punish him for what he did, he tells her that she means the world to him and it would kill him if anything happened to her anymore.

Her friends try helping her, talking to her making her feel better but she doesn't talk to anyone. Her brother is the only person she listens to. As the days pass by it becomes even difficult for her to face everyone so she avoids talking with anyone. She becomes depressed and the thought of the person she loved the most leaving her at such a hard time for her when he should've been there for her makes her cry all day long.

One month has passed. Alayna gets discharged from the hospital and still there is no clue about the culprit so her father stops the investigation, her brother argues and asks him to not to stop the investigation but he scolds him and tells him that he cannot hold this news from media and he has to save his image and the image of their company.

One day she was drinking coffee with her mother when she suddenly faints. Her mother takes her to the hospital and the doctor tells her parents that she is pregnant.

Upon listening to this news her father tells the doctor to perform abortion on her, she doesn't want to abort the child as she believes that's a life and killing it would be murder. She thinks that even though he is just one month old but his heart is beating and she cannot kill him. Her father tells her that if she chooses not to abort it he would disown her, she would have to leave the house and have no share in the company. He tells her he feels ashamed. She is a disgrace to her family.

She tells her father that she does not have any love for this child the only thing is that she cannot kill him.She tells her father that when this child will be born she will leave him to the orphanage.
