Chapter 4: Struggle at the alley

(3rd POV)

※ 3:00 pm at Guangzhou hospital ※

The conference has ended, Selena came out of the entrance. The abbot also came out to see everyone off, he talked to Selena.

“You did very well today, Ms. Truong. I must say that I am truly surprised with your ability.”

“ Thank you for your compliment. I just do my best.” Selena beamed brightly

“ If there is a chance I would really like to cooperate with you.” The parson offered.

“ It would be my honor, sir. “ Selena replied him.

Seeing Feng Wang come out, the parson saluted Selena and walked towards him.  She was able to notice that there were many people around him, but most of them were stopped by his bodyguards.

“ Is he that popular ? “ she looked at him doubtedly.

Suddenly his gaze shifted to her. Her eyes widened in surprise.

“ Why does he keep looking at me? “ She turned her head to avoid that gaze.

She took a taxi back to the hotel. She got in the car, took out the phone and texted Yvonne.

Selena : “ I did a good job at the conference. I was also commended *waiting for praise from bestie* q(≧▽≦q) “.

Yvonne : “ As expected of my baby <3 ”

Yvonne : “ So will you return to America tomorrow? “

Selena : “ No, I will stay in China a few more to travel.

”

Yvonne : “ Have you taken a leave yet? “

Selena backed to the hotel, texting a little bit more with Yvonne and leaned down on the soft bed. She breathed out in satisfaction.

After she ate all the food, it’s 8:30 and she needed to get back to the hotel, that’s enough for tonight. When she was walking through an alley, there was a hooligan who blocked her way.

“ Please let me pass. “ Selena looked down on the road, her face darkened.

“ 那不是中国人吗？”(Aren’t you Chinese ? ). The more his footsteps came, the more her steps stepped back. She clutched her bag tightly.

In the middle of the empty alley, his laughter became more and more barbaric. He pushed her back to the wall immediately, she struggled and screamed.
