Noah's POV

"Enough with your games Laura! I'm not some teenage boy you can go mix and match with whoever you feel like it"

L: Why are you so mad? This one's a total babe Noah.. probably the best I've ever selected so far!

"I'm 27 y.o for christ sake Laura you don't have to be my matchmaker.. just be an older sister will you?"

It's only 7:30am and I'm already having a headache because of my sister. She has been pestering me for a whole month now. Dragging me from one date to another. I didn't mind the first few times but her list never seemed to have an end.

L: Come on Noah, just go meet this one and I promise, if you don't like even a strand of her hair I'd leave you alone.. You have my word.

Tho Laura can be a bit pushy at times. One thing good about her is that she stays true to her words.

*sigh "Fine2x but this must be the last, got it?"

L: Yes! God I had cold sweats when you turned me down just now! I promise you she will be worth your while brother, you might even thank me for this.. (winks)

"Just go on already I still have work to do"

L: Okay2x.. I'll text you the deets, ciao!

Laura exited my office as soon as she got what she wanted. I continued to examine the files in my table. As Chief Marketing Director, I am responsible for the organization's marketing and advertising activities.

*knock at the door*

N: Come in.

Jess: Sir, I have checked on that thing you asked earlier. It shows that our branch in Sallente has been doing very well. Numbers of tourist have increased and we are receiving good feedbacks.

N: That's good, tell their management that I have requested for a meeting.. We will be there by the end of the week.

Jesse: Yes sir.

*notification bell*

(Msg from Laura)

The hot babe I told you about agreed to meet you! I haven't decided your meet up place tho.. Do you have a place in mind perhaps?

N: You just asked her today?! I don't know.. I'll be staying a couple days at a resort in Sallente for work.

That's a great idea! I'll tell her to met you there. Text me the exact address so I can pass it to her.

Sallente Bella Beach Resort

Cerulean waters came into view as soon as I reached the island. Mingled in the mist are the briny perfumes of the ocean as the waves were rising and falling with rhythmic ease.

This was better than I expected. I looked around before I stood up, my eyes landed on the woman right across me.. She had a tranquil expression on her face. My lips quirked slightly upwards into a subtle smile.. guess everyone is enjoying the scenery.
