The guy who was a beast

The weather started getting worse and this girl, who he had no idea about was resting on his chest. Something about her was so innocent and attractive that he couldn't bring himself to leave that girl into someone else's care. He wanted to trust no one with her, not even with Marco and Ramiel.

Suddenly the snow started falling from the sky and the girl squeezed her way into his warmth. Kai adjusted his fur coat on her and lifted her in his arms. The first thing that came into his mind was to take her to a place where she can rest and be safe.

He took the girl into the villa where party was held and without giving anyone a second glance, he strode upstairs while hiding her from everyone by burying her face into the crook of his neck. He wanted no one to know her identity because the most powerful people have the most powerful enemies.

Everyone got stunned by the presence of the king but no one dared to stop him or ask him questions about the girl. No one even dared to look at him as he went upstairs and locked his meeting room behind him.

That was the first time people were seeing the king with a woman like that. He surely had his fair share of women but he didn't bring anyone publicly or even around his underworld community.

Kai was neither a Casanova nor a one woman man. Daughters of gangsters were head over heels for him but he couldn't promise more than one night to anyone. He cherished women but it was always just a physical thing, not more than s*x. He was never able to love anyone deeply.

Ramiel and Marco tried to deviate the situation and announced that the king has some personal work to attend so he will join after some time.

People started whispering about the situation but it dissolved in few minutes thinking that she must be someone who is going to spend a night with king today.

Everyone was aware of the fact that the king doesn't spend more than one night with a specific girl or that's how king wanted to keep his image like that.

After locking the door, Kai placed her on the couch and covered her with a blanket. She looked so small against him like a teenager. Yeah, that's what he thought. Looking at the appearance, he thought that she must be 16 or 17.

He couldn't stay with her any longer because he didn't want anyone to think she is important to him. So after looking at her for the last time, he left, locking the door behind him.

When he went downstairs, he saw people looking at him and then bowing in fear. He stood at the center of the hall and sat on his throne.

The throne was especially made for the king to represent his reign. The party resumed again and everything continued to stay the way it was.

Kai looked at Marco and signalled him to come. He stood beside him and said, "Yes king."

"Keep an eye on her and when she wakes up, inform me", the king said without showing any sign of concern or feeling for her. He was supposed to be a cold ruler, a commander who doesn't feel a thing for others, who was a ruthless beast.
