Chapter 4

I awoke this morning and looked around. I saw red eating the grass outside the cave.

I wasn’t hungry but I new I should get the cave ready to live in and after that I can train.

I went to the waterfall I found yesterday and got water in my water pouch.

I made myself breakfast and cleaned up the things. I soon went out with red to explore the forest and there I found many different kinds of animals. Animals that had beaks like a duck wings like a chicken and a body like a cat. I discovered some could fly other could jump from tree to tree while others could do both.

I also wanted to find vegetation so that I may have food and soon I did. I found mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, squash, and other vegetable. I was surprised since each of these vegetable survive in different environments but here that could be found together.

I also found fruit which made me super happy since I like fruit.

I picked some fruit and vegetables and went back to the cave. I new I needed to make baskets to put all these food in so I went out again and I found some hard tree vines and made the necessary furniture. Soon the cave looked more like a place I would stay in.

I made myself a bed as well. I am excited to see how my sleep will be tonight. Since I made my home I went back to making myself clothes and after I was done it was dark outside. The sun had set and the night coldness had set in. I was hungry so I made myself dinner and went to sleep after an hour.

I woke up and saw red eating the draws outside.

The sun had risen and though it was not high in the sky it was still very hot.

I was not hungry so I decided to shower I followed the waterfall and soon I found a place that was deep enough fo me. I washed myself and wore the new clothes I made. I then washed my old clothes and hanged them on a branch to dry.

I am sure some of you might be wondering where he goes to the bathroom. He goes to the bathroom in the forest and washes his bottom with water but not in the lake somewhere else.

I new that when the colder seasons came it would be to hard to live in the cave so I checked to see if the cave lead deaper so that I may move my stuff there when the colder season came.

I Explore the cave and it did lead deeper but it became more dark but then I saw something glow in the cave and as I walked toward I saw more of them.

It was green a kind of plant. The plant glowed different colors. There were pink, white , blue, green, and many different shades of each of those colors.

As I explore deaper into the cave I realized that the cave became more lighter and there were more lights. I grabbed the plant and it didn’t sting my hand when I pulled it out the light became feinter till it was not visible.

I realized this cave it self is special so that’s why the plants only grow inside the cave and if you pull it out it will die.

I went back to the front of the cave and had breaking but you could say lunch since the sun was high in the sky. I wanted to see how the plant tasted but I wasn’t sure if it was posines but I thought if I touched it and it didn’t hurt me means it was safe so I cooked it.

After an hour my stomachs started to hurt and I passed out. I awoke and it was night time. I didn’t know how long time had passed but since I wasn’t that hungers I concluded it must be the same day but a later time.

I new know that it was a bad idea to eat the plant so I would now refrain from eating it. I did use the restroom and boy did it hurt.

That plant would definitely be off my menu
